Our party of 5 traveled to Taipei in November and we went on a 4 day private tour with Justaiwan Tour. I worked with Max to plan the trip and he was extremely patient in answering all my questions and worked with me to modify my itiniaries. Warren was our tour guide and he was very accommodating, going out of his way to make sure that we had a good time. He was even willing to adjust his work hours and worked longer on certain days so that we can keep up with our itineraries. The tour company and Warren were very responsive; they made us feel like we had a family in Taipei who's always watching out for us to make sure that we are safe and have a great time. I reccomended the tour company to all my family and friends and will definitely contact them again when I return to Taiwan.

This is a private charter plan which goes to Shifen waterfall, Shifen old street and Raohe Night Market (optional). We provide drivers who can speak proper English/Japanese. Which makes you having no problem when communicating with the driver. This tour will take you to the widest waterfall in Taiwan, Shifen waterfall. And Shifen old street, which is famous for its sky lantern activity. Old saying says if you write down your wishes on the lanterns and set it off, your wish will come true. After Shifen, you can chose to go back to hotel as an end, or go to Raohe Night Market to taste some local street food. The tour duration to Shifen is about 4 hours, to shifen and Raohe Night Market is about 5 hours. Our driver will pick you up directly at hotel, or other preferred location if any. So don't forget to provide us pick-up location when you book!

I had a great day! My tour guide Cipher was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly the right places to go, at just the right time to see them, eg Avoiding the crowds at the Palace Museum and then later watching the sunset over Taipei city from xiang shan (Elephant Mountain) - Beautiful!

We've dealt with Eddie form Yolo tours on many occasions while preparing our tour in Taipei. Eddie was always available and was getting back to us within a short period of time. We had booked a 2 days tour with another couple joining the Celebrity cruise to Asia on October 2020. Unfortunately with the Covid-19, we had to cancel our cruise therefore cancelling the Taiwan tour and as soon as we advised Eddie, the refund we had paid for the tour was back to our bank account within 1 hour. We had some issues with "Paypal" and Eddie was always ready to support us during the process of the refund. We arrived a bit early and June was waiting for us. She started with the Longshan Temple and explained what was going on, the local religions and worship, very interesting. We moved on to the traditional medicine area and tried some teas. We also had a look at the preserved old shops. June was cheerful and pleasant and knowledgeable. She ordered some local buns for us to finish with which were delicious. Family of five from Australia.
