Discover the amazing natural beauty of Provence. By the Napoléon road, reach the hidden village of Castellane, medieval village and old top places of pilgrimage: “Gateway to the Verdon Gorges”. Step into adventure, in the heat of this “Majestic Canyon” and admire the steep peaks and the emerald green color Verdon River towards Point Sublime, belvedere over a dizzying panorama. Along the Gorges road, arrive at Sainte Croix’s lake, stunning turquoise lake that feeds from the Verdon River, surrounded by towering peaks, and capture the scenery on camera. Then travel to the pretty medieval town of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, set among rocky mountains. Spend time exploring Moustiers' medieval streets at your own pace; there are tons of ceramics and pottery shops sure to catch your attention. Enjoy a lunch of regional Provençal specialties at a terrace cafe before beginning the journey back that will rock you by its relaxing sceneries

we visited only one Rass winery, and in the review it was announced that we would visit 3 wineries. I do not like this. It made a bad impression on me that when we arrived at the Rass winery we were greeted with the finding that they had already closed for tourists today, but as a compromise they would take the trouble to open for us. The winery was not typical of Provence. There are also better wineries in the area, I expected more ...

We took this tour in late December. I don't remember the driver/tour guide's name (sorry) but he was easy to talk to, gave us a lot of information. We started at the winery and met the winemaker George. George spoke only French so our tour guide helped translate but towards the end we were all able to converse a little. It was very cool to see how he ages the wine in the sun. We learned about his wine making process and then tasted several of his wines plus his olives. We bought some bottles to drink back at Nice and I wish we had bought more. The winery is full of beautiful paintings done by the winemaker's brother, who also designs the labels. We then went to St Paul-de-Vence and toured the little village. Since it was Christmas time, the village was decorated and was really very pretty. I recommend this tour if you have any interest in wine (and even if you don't because you might after this tour!). We were a family with 4 young adults, only one was a teen (I had to choose a category) to submit this review.

We took the day tour of Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo. The driver was friendly and informative. Loved Eze and Monaco. The Monte Carlo area was disappointing...just not our thing, I guess. Did not like the perfume factory tour along the way. The highlight was Eze, and the wonderful driver, Alessandro.

we scheduled custom tour with Alain during out cruise stop and he went above & beyond for us, I didn't expect much because we only had about 6h but he was able to accommodate everything in a timely manner and even squeezed an excursion to Russian orthodox church in Nice which my parents were really grateful to see - no other private operators I asked were willing to do that! we absolutely fell in love with Nice (also we did visit monaco, monte carlo & cannes during our tour) and planning to get back just to walk again those little streets he showed us! we highly recommend Alain to our friends and relatives!

It's a bit late to write this review since we have taken this trip in June 2019 but it does not seem fair to not write about this trip. It was an exceptional day... exceptional experience. This trip was the highlight of our Nice trip. Our guide, Karen, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There are few things which made this trip unforgettable ... 1. The pick up and drop off : The pick up was on time and so was the drop of. So, if someone has other plans, they can easily pursue that. 2. Karen ( of course ) : She is an absolute gem. She is very friendly, helpful which is why we never felt like we were on a trip with tour guide rather we felt like we were bunch of friends .. enjoying our day in sun... in a road trip along french riviera and the medieval villages of Nice. The tour was very detailed and full of information. She explained the history of Nice, the history of the medieval villages, the distinct character of each villages. She is very knowledgeable and trust me when I say 'Knowledgeable' as she studied anthropology .. so all of these are basically her forté. The most important part is.. she never force the information on you.. she makes a friendly conversation and if you are paying attention, you will know lot of things. She was very attentive to all the details like where we can get good food, where we can have water or refill our bottles etc as these things are very important for such a long duration trip. 3. The itinerary : The itinerary is the another thing, which in my opinion, is a key point to make this trip outstanding. The places, which are included in this trip, are near to each other and all are in same direction. It would give you more time to the actual destinations then on the road. I would highly recommend this tour. When I think back, this trip still puts up a smile in my face. Thank you Bingo Tour for such an excellent trip...day...memory !
