It is called taxonomy: a classification system for the natural world to for the naming of species and order them according to their characteristics and relationships with one another. He spent more than 50 years in Uppsala and we will walk in his footsteps and see and experience some of the things and sights he saw some 300 years ago. We did the Uppsala tour today. This guide, Magnus, has a great knowledge of the geography and history of the area. As we began the tour he asked if we had any special requests, and he adapted the tour to our wishes. We visited cathedrals, the Uppsala University, and other interesting sites including an outstanding Swedish pastry and coffee shop. Magnus knows his history well, and answered some specific questions I had about Swedish/Finnish relations. We both recommend this tour as among the very best we’ve ever taken.

Linnaeus studied the different kinds of plants, and what it is used for. He also named each plant so others will know how to take care and use the plant for what it's purpose is for being there. It is walking distance to my Uncles house.

An adventure course is built like a loop. You climb up to a platform in a tree. The trees are connected to different stations, such as ziplines, spider webs and suspension bridges which lead to the next platform. The experience is quite exciting and 98% of the participants think it’s just enough challenging. This is a course built for almost everyone, and you have the possibility of varying the the range of difficulty. Our Adventure Park in Fjällnora, about 20 km from Uppsala City, is something extraordinary. To celebrate my 41st birthday we booked the adventure track high up in the trees in Fjällnora. Some death defying adrenalin rushes and some muscle pain after this -- showing I need to visit the gym more regularly. We did this adventure in the pooring rain. Great staff and a nice fika afterwards! My partner enjoyed the ride as well.

Martin Luther is NOT the same historical figure as MARTIN LUTHER KING Jr. Germany is not the same nation as the US. Martin Luther was the great GERMAN reformer of the 1500s. Martin Luther King Jr. was the great civil rights American reformer of the 1960s. I keep trying to help this organization, but they don't seem to worry about trivia like historical facts.
