New Zealand (/njuːˈziːlənd/ ( listen); Māori: Aotearoa [aɔˈtɛaɾɔa]) is an island country in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. The country geographically comprises two main landmasses—the North Island (Te Ika-a-Māui), and the South Island (Te Waipounamu)—and around 600 smaller islands. New Zealand is situated some 1,500 kilometres (900 mi) east of Australia across the Tasman Sea and roughly 1,000 kilometres (600 mi) south of the Pacific island areas of New Caledonia, Fiji, and Tonga. Because of its remoteness, it was one of the last lands to be settled by humans. During its long period of isolation, New Zealand developed a distinct biodiversity of animal, fungal and plant life. The country's varied topography and its sharp mountain peaks, such as the Southern Alps, owe much to the tectonic uplift of land and volcanic eruptions. New Zealand's capital city is Wellington, while its most populous city is Auckland.

We booked a photo tour of areas that most people wouldn’t go, to capture unique images. We were highly delighted with not only the tour locations but the personalised and engaging explanations of the flora, fauna, local stories and histories en route. Martin, our driver and guide; was excellent tutoring, driving and advising on images. We went off-road into stunning high country which offered excellent picture opportunities, can’t wait to process. Summer was brilliant, would love to return in winter! Highly recommended and would love to repeat with Martin again if back in New Zealand.

Me and my partner experienced our first wine tasting tour - we absolutely loved it. Phil makes for an entertaining tour guide. The scenery was perfect. We enjoyed many types of wine we didn't know we liked. It was also very educational. All in all, a great tour i recommend everyone does. It isn't too long or too short either.

Suzee had her work cut out for her with a mixed audience - young and old, local and non-local. She did an excellent job however of keeping us all entertained, and was able to adapt the programme to suit the weather and our varied interests. She has a wealth of knowledge about Wellington, and we enjoyed the surprise programme she had in store for us. The minibus was very comfortable, with nice big windows so we could sit back and enjoy the view. Would highly recommend Utours for any groups wanting to see a different side of Wellington and learn about its interesting history. Thanks Suzee!

This isn't your average wine or beer tour! I've carefully sought out the best of the best. These are Queenstown's boutique taste makers. Leave the tourist trail behind and let me take you on a personal journey to meet the folks who's passion, love for their craft and location sets them apart from the rest. Take a place that is widely considered one of the top wine regions in the new world, a recent explosion in craft & microbreweries and add in the pioneering kiwi spirit and you have the perfect recipe for an all out taste adventure. Wine and beer are made, first and foremost to just be enjoyed. So, whether you're the Einstein of wine or just here for a good ol' time, come sip, slurp & savour the best local flavours. **Please Note: I'm not a large commercial operator or tour company and prefer to focus on smaller group sizes as I believe this allows for better connections to be made and a more valuable experience for travellers.
Inclusions: Beer & Food Pairing, 20+ Tastings Included, Environmentally Friendly Water Bottles Provided To All Guests, Snacks, Air-conditioned vehicle, Direct Accommodation Pick-Up/Drop-Off Included, Carbon footprint offset: For each trip, more native trees are planted in the region.

Take in breathtaking, 360 degree vistas stretching from as far as the eye can see, including the Blockbuster backdrops of Castle Hill, the Lees Valley, Flock Hill Station and beyond. All our pilots proudly call Canterbury home and will share their wealth of knowledge and personal anecdotes as you fly near their much-loved and noteworthy spots.
Inclusions: A landing on Chest Peak - one of the highest mountains in the Canterbury Region

We had booked for a morning flight but the weather didn’t play the game. Jess was brilliant at keeping us informed and came up with a new plan. We were extra lucky to have a ex rugby All Black captain as our pilot. Thanks so much for the flight.

An enjoyable light-hearted introduction to Art Deco Napier. This one hour tour is a great chance to experience the splendour of travelling in a beautifully restored vintage car. Sit back and imagine you are being driven through Napier in its heyday of the 1930's, with it's immaculately maintained buildings and your chauffeur dressed in their Art Deco finery. Learn about Napier's remarkable history of devastation and rebirth; the earthquake that shaped the city we live in today and the stories of the people who make it such an interesting little city to visit. Our guides are passionate about what they do and have free rein to design their own tours so that you get the very best of them. There is also limited flexibility, meaning that if you wish to visit a certain area or wish to stop somewhere to take photos then you simply ask your chauffeur. The time is yours, and should you wish to extend then that can usually be arranged.
Inclusions: Private transportation
Exclusions: Gratuities

What a fantastic way to spend a day! Our friendly and knowledgeable hosts made the trip enjoyable and interesting. I have been on many similar trips and this one felt the most personal and friendly; more like spending the afternoon on a friend’s boat enjoying offers of wine and hot chocolate. It was an excellent experience for the whole family. I was with a large family group and we were all catered for, from my 3 year old nephew to my 17 year old son.
