We decided to visit the Nazca Lines and Ballestas Islands on a relatively short notice. In spite of this, Derwis and Vilma took action and made all the reservations within 24 hours, and communicated with us constantly to make sure we knew what was going on at all times. The trip was well-organized and everything went according to the itinerary. Paracas, where we stayed, is a beautiful city. At night we dined at some of the restaurants by the seaside and enjoyed relaxing and pleasant views and walks. The food was superb too! Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this memorable experience! - Hannah and Juan.

After a 10 day Traveling adventure with a group through another traveling group, my friend and I opted for a private tour of Rainbow Mountain! Unfortunately it snowed on the day we reserved our tour; however it was one of our most enjoyable days due to the kindness of our guide Richard. He was very informative regarding the history and culture of the area and people. We were able to see some beautiful sites on the way to and home. We met some local folks, stopped by a lovely place to eat Los Cabanas and have coffee. The food was awesome!! Richard took some beautiful photos and was patient with us when we wanted to stop to view some sights/alpacas!! The time with Cusco Holiday Peru Servicios Turisticos was one of our most favorite and memorable!! Thanks for such a wonderful time and adventure!!

We booked with this company and paid 130USD for the 4 days - less than everyone else who ended up on the same tour but booked with different agencies. We were really happy with the service: The bikes and equipment were in great condition. Our guide Vicente spoke English fairly well and tried to make it fun for everyone. Ziplining was really fun and the hikes never too hard thanks to several well-organized breaks. Food was also always excellent and more than enough for us personally (we would have loved some fruit for brekky - but hey, that’s high hopes haha). The rafting did not happen due to the rivers being way too high in rainy season (we saw them with our own eyes and did not want to be on them on a boat). But we were advised of this before (thank you!) and therefore paid a bit less. In total, I would say the best way to get to Machu Picchu! Just be aware to bring a good amount of change of clothes in rainy season ... mountain biking will get you DRENCHED!

Calca is located in the Sacred Valley of the Inca, It is a very quiet and non-touristy town, characterized by its beautiful nature and pleasant climate. Its location is strategic, for excursions, such as Huchuy Qosqo, Ancashmarca, Urco. It is also ideal for visiting traditional communities, for cultural immersion reasons in an indigenous community. Calca is at an altitude of 2,900 m.s.n.m., and is surrounded by imposing mountains, such as Pitusiray, with an altitude of 4.987 msnm. According to the Andean religious system, this mountain, along with its dual, the Sawasiray, are considered among the most important Sacred Mountains or Divinities, called "Apus". Likewise, these Apus are associated with the reproduction of food plants and, therefore, not only the farmers of Calca invoke them, but also, those of other distant places, Ethnography and ethnohistory report various myths and religious practices related to these mountains, dating back to pre-Hispanic times.

Visiting Pisac, Chincero and the original Inca trails that no other agency proposes with Anzony changed my way of appreciating the Sacred Valley mountains and its history. Beside of being a great guy he's an encyclopedia when it comes to Inca's history and mythology and to Andean cosmogony. Without him many of the secrets of the Valley would have stayed unknown for me.

We took the one day tour with Jason to Rainbow Mountain; they took us to a different route which was only a 30 minute hike to the peak as opposed to the normal 2 hour route. The drive to this was much much longer though and the car was not comfortable which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. It would've been nice to have been consulted with this decision as well, but luckily, we were all happy and glad to be on the shorter hike since we were exhausted from a 4 day hike that we completed the night before. Jason was great, enthusiastic and friendly. Rainbow Mountain itself is simply stunning, you cannot go to Cusco and not visit this wonder. Danzak Peru offers very reasonable prices too which is always a huge advantage.
