We were lucky enough to hear about the fascinating Panama beach in Ampara. At the time we reach there it was near to dusk and we met the right person to guide us through our trip. First of all, we took a quick walk around the beach to watch the sand dunes and to witness the beauty of the sunset. Since it was discussed to watch turtles at night, we head back to our accommodation, Panama Lagoon villa a bit early. Panama is a well-known place for turtle nesting and because of the bad weather, we couldn't get that experience. On the next day early in the morning, we left to the beach which was so close to the accommodation to watch the first rays of the sun covering the beach. It was a mesmerizing view and a golden moment that anyone won't forget easily throughout life. we were lucky enough to meet a guide like Mahesh since he was a wonderful and respectful person who identified our needs and filled our trip with unforgettable memories. With the time limitations, we were not able to watch more places but there are some more historical places and bird watching areas as well. This is the best place for anyone who seeks for a lifetime experience on their vacation to enjoy and to relax. Because of Mahesh's great instinct about the area we were able to catch every bit of the beauty in Panama.

we made two trips from Colombo to arugambay and back to Colombo within 3 days. Driver is really nice and safe. We were group of 6 and van has enough space for our luggages too. We have spent 9 days with them in Sri Lanka, and been to marvellous places like Sigirya Rock, the Nine Arches Bridge in Ella, Kumana National Park Safari, the Golden Temple of Dambulla, The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy, Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Arugam Bay, and many more amazing places...and people everywhere were so kind to us! ☀️ All the hotels we have been to were really nice, and ofcourse booked and organized by Arugambay Tours, just like our awesome guide and driver. We also had a wedding ceremony by the beach in Arugam Bay and there also everything was just perfect. Our tour started with the pick up from our hotel at Galle fort. Roshan was so friendly and extremely informative. Had a wonderful day with new friends, enjoying the scenery and hiking the Rainforest. This should be in everyone's list when visiting Sri Lanka. Loved the added bonus of Tea factory visit. Guide Wigitha made the day amazing. Although no rain in the rainforest ,this day made the hike a bit less slippery, the flora, fauna and the waterfall -- all made a lovely day. One of our Dreams was to swim under the waterfall, and we got a chance to do it here. Transportation was comfortable and efficient, and the lunch was delicious. Would highly recommend this tour and also this tour company.

Amago tours arranged an amazing holiday. They planned a tour with driver who took us all around the county. We were treated to the stunning tea plantations in Nuwara Eliya, the relaxing Bentota beach, Usawalawe nation parks with elephants, the amazing Gual to the great Columbo there was so much to do and see. We visited so many other great areas like Kandy, Sigiria and Ella, all driven to by our great driver who had excellent knowlade and was very helpful. Every day was something different and such an amazing experience. The trip was planned amazingly by Amago tours. They were so helpful and made sure they met all of our expectations, in fact they exceeded them! I strongly recommend choosing Amago tours to visit Sri Lanka. This was a great tour. I did it solo so I was a little concerned but my guide Mr Chandala was great and put me at ease. He was both driver and guide and he looked after me really well. On this tour, I saw lots of dolphins at Kalpitiya, tons of elephants at each if the four national parks on the tour. Minneriya and Udalawawa were the best for elephants. We climbed Siguriya and Pidurangala, which had great views, just be aware that you will scramble over rocks climbing Pidurangala so you'd better be in decent shape. But the views and the photos were worth it. I suggest a decent camera with a telephoto lens for the national parks and bird sanctuary for the best photos, but I got decent ones with only a cell phone. I was lucky enough to see 2 leopards in Yala. Wow! With a better camera, my photos would have been amazing. I visited an elephant transit home for orphaned baby elephants also. I was initially worried it was a fake one and just to make money but they are recognized by a German zoo and the baby elephants are not chained or anything. All the places visited on this tour treat animals ethically and humanely. The company was very concerned with my satisfaction and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this tour and the tour company.

The park offers everything that is needed for an exciting safari. Great landscapes, many animals, especially elephants! We were very close to the elephants and were very lucky to be able to watch a whole herd and also some baby elephants. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize our tour guide - not only did he inspire and excite us with his very good mood, he also saw many small animals with his trained eye and answered our questions thoroughly. The 3 hours passed by in no time and gave us many nice memories. Would totally recommend booking a trip with these guys :-)
