Pretty decent traditional portuguese food with a variety of fish, meat and seafood dishes. Not too expensive and decently located, outside the usual tourist hangouts - a plus, in my opinion. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful, seemed like a great place for a late afternoon gathering with friends for drinks and some food.

We went here on a Saturday evening in February for a trip down memory lane. Nice starters (large selection). A bit outdated but nice decor (still the same as 25 years ago, but nice) we had wonderful migas, perna do borrego and were not able to clean the plates - or come close. We finished with a full flavoured arroz doce and some coffee. This resto is advised to visit with 4-6 persons so you can share more entradas and plates. Rich and heavy food.

The restaurant has valet parking. The ambiance is kind of "vintage/classic" (restaurant opened in 1972).Busy restaurant with plenty of guests, also groups/families.The outstanding, old fashioned service is very customer friendly! Serviço muito atencioso! Really "a arte de bem servir"!Excellent, honest food, good taste, good servings... recommend the Cataplana de tamboril com gambas e amêijoas (fishstew with monkfish, shrimps and clams).Delicious sweet temptations (chariot de desserts), recommend ovos nevados/île flottante, gâteau de mousse au chocolat.Great choice of wine bottles.Restaurant situated in Parede which is 10 minutes from Estoril (take N6 direction Lisbon).

We went for a family birthday luncheon, five people in total. We each asked for a dish, and the waiter asked us if we were sure, because the potions were large. We told him that we were sure, and that we are all big eaters, so there shouldn't be any problem. All I can say is that we asked for a "doggy bag" to take home the leftovers. They serve very well, and the food is very tasty.

The Pastorinha restaurant , in Carcavelos Beach, has been a reference since 1976, with very comfortable and attractive facilities. With a panoramic and renovated space, the view over the immense sea, makes any meal a special meal. The view, the hospitalit

Have been to this restaurant twice, and would definitely suggest reservations. The food is absolutely delicious and I would recommend considering to share dishes, as the portions are very generous. The waiter will usually give you advise regarding what to order. Delicious bread. Nice atmosphere, although very "cosy" as the place is small. One large round table in the back corner, so could be an option for a group/family meal.

Been here several times but never thought of writing a review. One of our favorite restaurants, great dining at a very reasonable price. The portions are reasonable and in many cases suitable for two. Great ingredients and typical portuguese cuisine, without being snob or pretentious. Could advise all plates, as everything is pretty much delicious here.

At Sociedade you can enjoy local and seasonal food from the Portuguese cuisine, accompanied by good music and friendly waiters in a relaxed environment. The specialities are bacalhau (codfish) and "petiscos" (Portuguese tapas), and we are also open as a b
Went for lunch in this lovely little restaurant and it was pure quality. I only wish TripAdvisor did six stars. Where do I start. Firstly the customer service. Nuno was my waiter. A real genuine guy who is brilliant at his job. Secondly the food. For starters I just had bread with a beautiful dip accompanied with a home made chilli sauce. A real taste of the Mediterranean. My main course was Bacalhau. I eat this every weekend and this is the best Bacalhau I have eaten. Combined with two beers was about 20 euro. Will be back and back alot.Hi Ivor, thanks for your beautiful words about both the staff and food. We feel really flattered and motivated to continue pleasing people like yourself. Hope you keep the promises to be back, it will be a pleasure to serve you again. All the best.

On the beach, facing the ocean, our restaurant offers to our guests authentic and traditional dishes of Portuguese and Mediterranean flavors composed of fresh ingredients from local producers. Enjoy our Private Beach, lie down on our lounge chairs and get
Overpriced, frozen food, no taste at all and the portions are incredibly small... It's worth walking away from the beach to find a real restaurant, trust me.
