The world's first 007 WALK OF FAME honours the stars in front of and behind the cameras during the filming of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service". Other celebrities from the world of James Bond 007 will also find their place on the Schilthorn.
Beautiful day I got to see so many beautiful views it was stunning let the skiers go ski, non skiers enjoy the Bond experience! Great little exhibit explaining On her majesty's secret service which was filmed here, after that go to the bar and enjoy a drink shaken not stirred. I had an enjoyable 007 burger and beer in the revolving restaurant ohoh heaven!! Takes a day and enjoy a great experience

We went there twice - first on e-mountain-bikes from the hotel. Great fun, easy to learn -and an easy way to master the climb... The second time we hiked from the Wispile cable car (in Gstaad) approx 11 km to the lake- Mostly downhill, rater easy, rewarding vistas! The lake and the big waterfall just behind it is fantastic. A small mountain hut / restaurant waits for you at the far end of the lake.

The Lauterbrunnen valley is also known as the valley of 72 waterfalls. Mürrenbach is one of them. This waterfall can be seen when riding the gondola from Stechelberg to Gimmelwald and Mürren. Visiting the bottom of the waterfall is prohibited and very dangerous due to the risk of falling rocks (especially during the snow melting time in spring) Waterfalls you can visit upclose: Trümmelbach Falls, Staubbach Fall.
Waterfall is towards Murren / far end of valley on right and sign says about 1300ft / 400m high. one of many, but probably the bigger you can see from valley floor

It was a nice experience to pass the bridge from Sigriswil to Aeschlen and than take a walk to Oberhofen through a real, typical Swiss neighborhood and through the woods, always with a beautiful view to lake Thun..

I returned here in September 2019 after having first visited as a child in 1968. It was even bigger and more impressive than I remembered. It's a small castle off the beaten path form either Interlaken or Wilderswil, but it is wonderful to climb around and explore. No gift shops or glitzy exhibits...just a honest to goodness historical site with just enough information to give you perspective, but not too much to inhibit your imagination.
