Seeking somewhere for a number of friends with young children to meet up at with food and activities over Christmas, this met our needs perfectly. Nicola was great on email beforehand, offering us online prices at the door, and we were able to stay from opening (10) until 3pm, ensuring we took home tired and happy children while the adults all had plenty of time to catch-up with each other.

The perfect urban park with everything from a cafe and an adventure playground to a children’s railway and a cricket ground, all very well maintained. We go several times a week with our dog and love the place. Sunnymead, across the bypass bridge, is particularly good for a taste of countryside.

Great park to visit. Excellent facilities especially the abundance of bins. The one we used near our picnic was a beauty.

Welcome to Stonor Park, Historic Stately Home & Gardens of Lord and Lady Camoys and the Stonor Family for over 850 years. A great family day out near Henley-on-Thames in the Chilterns just one hour from London and home to the magical Tumblestone Hollow Adventure Playground.

Well, those of you who made comments on here regarding the Sanctuary I hope you are pleased with yourselves, and those who called the Council and complained, because now thanks to you and the Council none of us can go back and enjoy the animals because they've closed it down. So you got stung by a nettle, no one was going to die, they didn't serve food they weren't going to poison anyone, no one was in any danger from the animals, you pay a small entry fee and yet expect so much, they were just a small family unit giving homes to animals no longer wanted as well educating and helping young children get up close and personal to animals, a huge loss to the area. As for the animals I doubt all will be rehomed due to their ages so will have to go to slaughter. But you didnt think about that when you complained, just the me me me attitude.

Large country park, getting well established. Lots of open space as well as a variety of paths to follow. An adventure play park at one end next to the carpark with a zip wire, trampolines, sand pit etc. There are toilets, parking and a small shopping precinct in the houses close by.

Sprouts Play Barn is a stimulating soft play space perfect for exploration and fun. It’s suitable for all ages with a specially designed area solely for the under 5’s. As well as the huge play frame, you can tap out your tunes on the floor piano, shoot some goals on the sports court and even become a farmer or postie in our unique ‘Farmers Market’ role play zone. We have Rose Cottage Cafe within Sprouts, serving a great selection of freshly prepared hot and cold food, drinks and snacks - great for re-fueling during your play session. We run timed sessions on both peak and off-peak days, so please visit our website to view these and all our prices.
Wow!!!!! Sprouts play barn is a separate business based within the Millets Farm grounds. This is honestly the BEST soft play I have come across with areas to suit all ages! Everything is themed around Farm life or real life, with different sound pads, quizzes & questions in various parts of the frame, there is also sensory based lights within the smaller baby/toddler area. Sprouts also has a imaginative play themed area made customary from soft play, there is a Post office & Stable yard to name just a few. There is a brand new (May 2019) outdoor play area attached which I haven’t personally visited yet but the photographs look amazing & if sprouts itself is anything to go by it will be just as good. Inside the main play barn there is also a comfy reading corner with a variety of books. The toilets are unisex but are both children, baby change & disabled friendly. There is a cafe inside ‘Rose cottage’ serving really good quality food for both Adults & Children with plenty of non junk healthy options to! There is a wonderful gift shop which you can view without using the play barn selling really good quality toys which is well worth a visit alone. Sprouts is available for party hire, hosts many themed events & activities & even has a baby weighing room which some may find useful, lots more information can be found on there website. Tips ~ Sprouts gets VERY busy wether it is the school holidays, weekends or just a normal week day, what ever the day I HIGHLY recommend pre booking your slot on there website in advance to avoid disappointment. The BEST soft play around just sadly VERY busy but this speaks for itself.

Listed as one of the top garden centres in the UK by The Sunday Times, Hilltop is a popular one-stop-shop for keen gardeners around West Oxfordshire. But it doesn't stop there. You'll also find a world full of home and garden inspiration including a great selection of plants, outdoor furniture, pots, household goods, wild bird food and feeders, gardening tools and equipment, gardening sundries, arches, arbours and gifts. The Flower Pot Cafe is famous with locals for tasty lunches and home baking. Our Cafe team can rustle up all kinds of hot dishes, freshly prepared and cooked to order including snacks and lunches served until 3pm every day and 2.30pm on a Sunday. We're family friendly so there's a good selection of children's dishes too. Using local ingredients and honest home cooking is really important to us and is ably demonstrated in our wonderful breakfast. Denshams sausages and bacon really are the best so what better way to start your day than with a Hilltop '5 item' breakfast for just £2.49. Breakfasts are served daily until 11.30am. Please note, the Restaurant and Café close half an hour before the garden centre. The Soft Play Barn is a fun, stimulating, indoor soft play area making it a perfect treat for the kids and a great day out for everyone and the stylish Pizza Cafe serves homemade, freshly baked to order pizza's - baked in our very own pizza oven! The Pizza Cafe also serves drinks - hot, cold & shaken, snacks and treats.
Been searching for some time for good quality bacon cooked perfectly. Went on saturday midmorning to buy plants. Ordered bacon rolls and coffees. Met our neighbours who were eating a beautifully cooked full English breakfast. Young man on desk took orders and lady cooked, both obviously efficient and hard working. Really cant understand negative reviews based on my experience. Will certainly be coming here again.
