We had our celebration for our cousin who remarried. There were out of town guest. The park is conducive to people with disabilities, not far from the parking lot or bathrooms. The playground was right there. IT was lovely watching the tug boats come back and to see my family and friends.

A very nice “park like” rest stop. Location has a playground, picnic area, dog walk, bathrooms & a lovely “memorial park” for victims of roadway accidents. Bricks are placed and paid for by the state for any fatality from car, pedestrian or bike accident on Delaware roadway. Very sobering to see. Easy access from rt1 or rt13. Just north of Smyrna
