This place has the best pizza, hands down, anywhere outside of NYC. I also had a chicken and pasta dish that was out of this world good! Forgot the name, but it was chicken breast, mushrooms, roasted peppers over angel hair. Absolutely OFF THE HOOK!!! Fresh and hot!!! Go and give it a try, you won't regret it!

They make fantastic pizzas here. In my review from a couple of years ago I detail all of their efforts to make them authentic, and their efforts pay off. The pizza crust is bubbly with the right balance of chewy to crispy texture. Their toppings are simple yet spectacular. This last time I got a pistachio pesto pizza with cheese and sausage. Super yummy. Thankfully we were here when they werenât that busy, so we didnât experience the crowded feeling you can encounter here. I just wish it were a more comfortable setting. The tables and chairs are just not warm and inviting and while the high ceilings and windows give it an airy feel it always also feels kind of cold to me. Service was friendly and attentive.

Great crust, great sauce, great cheese, great toppings. Nice atmosphere. Cash only. No slices. Give it a try!
The Garbo's combo is the best Italian hoagie you will find around Bergen county. Their pastas, sauces, pizza, all excellent quality and taste. The owners are always there and so nice. Great family- run Italian deli. It's the real deal.

Pizzeria Mandara & Ristorante is a Southern style Italian restaurant in Wyckoff, New Jerseyâlocated in The Boulder Run shopping center. Serving authentic Southern Italian cooking and New York-style pizza, our menu draws its inspiration from our beautiful
Service was so-so. Noisy beyond belief. Prices a bit high for a local establishment in a shopping center. They did honor our reservation for 8 without a problem. Mussels were good. Marsala sauce could have been better. Nothing we had amongst us all stood out as fantastic. Have several other Italian Restaurants within 2 miles that are better and less expensive.

A few properties down from the landmark Domenic & Pietro Barber Studio, The Sicilian Sun is worth experiencing. The Gnocchi Pesto was well done, and the service was impressive; to expand, the table was served the meals altogether, rather than separate, which is rare to see.

We celebrated my daughters birthday on a Wednesday night. We sat outside on a beautiful evening in May and waited 10 minutes at 7:30.The menu is not extensive but quality apps, salads, pizza and pastas. We started with the shrimp gamberi, salad, and grilled octopus special. The grilled octopus was excellent. For entrees, we had pizza, tagliatelle and orchiette pastas. The pastas were very tasty with nice additions like sausage and truffles. My only regret was it didnât know it was a BYOB and I was too lazy to walk a few blocks to the wine store. Next time.

I heard about this place through word of mouth, from my own kids actually. Took the family there for a sit-down lunch. Outwardly, it looks like any other local.pizza place, mostly for delivery and takeout. NJ has so. Many. Pizzerias. But once I was eating my first slice, it became apparent that this place somehow manages to stand out. I'll be going back there at some point.

Went here and was pretty empty on a Sunday evening. Open space type restaurant where kitchen is viewable. Nice wait staff and owner. Don't care for the open style restaurant. We do miss that they offer no bread! Portions are ok and I guess prices are reasonable for the area. Service was good, you don't feel rushed. Might give it a second try is time for the pizza!

Friends living locally brought me here to get my first pizza fix for this trip to NY. Service was friendly, they come here often , and quick. We shared an appetizer platter and a pizza with a side salad. Food arrived quickly, exactly as ordered. Everything was delicious and very fairly priced. No wonder this is their go-to local Italian place!
