We are new to the area, so we are actively looking for a pizza place. My daughter and I ordered from here and picked it up on our way home from an all day softball tournament. We were both hungry, but neither one of us ate much of this pizza. Chewy, tough cheese, overbearing flavor, greasy consistency. None of the leftovers got eaten either, which is rare at our house. We will keep looking for our pizza place.

We usually love Veronas pizza. The prices are great compared to other places. We order pizza from them once or twice a month. Just DO NOT ask for extra cheese. This last time we ordered a deep dish with toppings and extra cheese. I am not kidding, there was at least 2 inches of cheese and not much toppings. I just pulled some cheese off. My husband and kids would not even eat it. Other than that, the pizza is usually great.

Unfortunately, my husband likes Papa John's pizza. Why do I say, "Unfortunately?" Because the parking situation is horrible at this location. If they would move out of downtown Valparaiso, their business would skyrocket! Also, they need to add an antipasto salad to their menu for those of us eating low carb.

We love Shoe's Pizza and eat there frequently. We love the pizza, the boneless wings, the toasted ravioli (filled with sausage not cheese), the mozzarella sticks, the fried pickles, the Italian beef sandwiches, and their salads are great too. They have great lunch specials M-F. You order and pay at the counter and then choose your own table. They bring the drinks and food to your table.

We loved the decor and feel of Tony's. This is the kind of bar/restaurant place that is fantastic on a cold winter night. The kind of place that feels like you belong. It's been here forever and feels like it inside. Very friendly server.Heads on the walls but in the room that we liked best.Pizza was very good. Best in Valpo? My first time at any pizzeria I always order sausage and onion. I did not like the dough, crust, sausage or sauce.To be fair I should have ordered a specialty pizza. Many people there who must really like the place...just not me.I should have tried the knots...all reviews say they are the best thing in the place.

Met here with work friends for our Christmas lunch. Was treated very well, service courteous & swift. Food was hot & tasty. Most went with the pizza, but the lasagna was good too. Also sandwiches & appetizers. Will be back!

This place has great food and great service. Lot of pizza choices that can be made into sandwiches. Calzones are really big and delicious. You can see them making your food from the kitchen.Place is clean and friendly service.They have salads that are really good. Nice place to meet friends or family. Prices are not bad for the amount of food you get.
