The Iperbole Pizzeria is located in Suni, a small city close to Bosa. It's the ideal place to spend nice evenings and tasting good food.
Decided to try out this restaurant after reading recent reviews on TA. Were staying in Tresnuraghes so had to make a short drive. Found it thanks to our SatNav otherwise would probably have driven straight past as it looks very ordinary from the street. In fact, if we hadn't been very tired and hungry we might have gone elswhere but so glad we didn't. DO NOT be put off by the outside appearance. Inside there is a separate bar as well as a surprisingly large but comfortable pizzeria. We were actually their first customers of the night but whereas in many places you can feel really ill at ease when dining alone it was quite the opposite here. We were made most welcome, the pizza oven was already fired up and in no time at all we'd ordered (at least 4 pages of different pizzas to choose from as well as other fare) and food was on the table. If it wasn't the best pizza either of us has ever eaten it came pretty close!! A good carafe of house red, a bottle of water and 2 cover charges all for the princely sum of 24 euros. Whilst dining a number of locals came in to pick up takeaways which is usually a good sign. If you are anywhere near Suni this summer and want a fantastic pizza L'iperbole is the place to go!

We found this restaurant while staying in a village nearby and we were very impressed. It's name does not really do it justice as it serves so much more than pizza but having said that the pizzas are excellent, cooked in a proper pizza oven which is on view. The prices were very reasonable and the portions generous. The red house wine was good and we were offered tastings of whatever we wanted to try before we purchased. The decor is very reminiscent of Morocco; warm terracotta colours. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and particularly amused us with their sense of humour. The restaurant was obviously a hit with the locals too which is always a good sign.
situated in this quaint village's main square, this restaurant offers a wide selection of local delicacies and superb pizzas. all this whilst enjoying the incredible view from the terrace is simply a treat! great service and very reasonably priced!. grazie fabio, giusy, cinzia & massimo

Empty when we arrived at 8, but buzzing with Italians when we left . This was mid week in low season.Fantastic pizzas and friendly service . Yes there was a cover charge, for nothing , but then we got free after dinner drinks....

Ristorante con cucina Italiana, pizza con farine speciali cotta nel forno a legna, ampi spazzi all'esterno con giardino.
We visited this restaurant without a reservation, and to be fair they were very busy. We did not expect to wait half an hour before being asked what we would like to eat or drink. When our food did come, it was a little of a let down. The octopus salad was all apple and not much octopus, and that was over cooked. The mixed grilled fish was much better, the fish nicely cooked along with the prawns, calamari and octopus. We did wonder if it would be better on a quiet night as it was full of locals, usually a good sign.
Bar resturant pizza.
Went there for luch due to great reviews. They did not serve pizza for lunch - a big dissapointment. We ordered two regular hamburgers consisting of a way too big bun (i think made of white pizza dough - no brioche there) a prefabricated horrible beef and then tomato and cheese. Nothing else. The fries were standart. This was dissapointing and to us it seemed more as a bar serving food with no heart. The staff was nice and welcoming!
Such a find - weâve eaten here 3 years running and it never disappoints. Gi Gi just does pizza, no other annoying side dishes but honest pizza with amazing toppings. His homemade chilli oil is a must try - but beware itâs hot!Donât pass by - try it, we loved the Gorgonzola pizza so much we had to go back to try another 2 days later!

We had a nice dinner at Sardineri sitting outside and eating delicious and crispy calamari and pizza. Would have given it 5 stars had the menu not been so confusing. The pizza choice is huge, but it seems that you have to ask what seafood and fish they have, as everything is fresh.

Late evening visit for a couple of fish dishes. Really great mussels, awesome shrimp and some really excellent fries. Great location and on a clear night a brilliant sunset view. Drinks well priced but salad a little expensive for what it was. The only issue, which was no fault of the restaurant, was the mosquitoes! I'd take your own citronella candle if you're sitting on the terrace!Well worth a visit Thank you for your review, and for appreciating both our dishes and our structure. We are sorry that the mosquitoes have bothered you, we usually place several "zampironi" that most often manage to keep them away. See you soon with the hope of deserving the 5 star.
