This restuarant was attached to our hotel. Never very busy while we stayed. The food was good: two of us liked our dish, the third thought it was so so.

Bustling understated sophistication, easily combining champagne and prosecco with pizza. Attentive and very quick service. As pizza goes this one stands out as one of the best (even though Albert opted for an electric oven rather thatâs a wood-burning one). Dough is superb and ingredients are the very best, as are the pizzaioli.More than worth the wait in the queue.thank you so much for the review Rob!!!

Currently living right next to Korallo makes this a convenient choice for dinner, so we popped in on Valentines Day. The place was packed! They found us a great bar table, we had the best Neapolitan pizza outside of Naples, and by the end of the evening our seemingly middle-of-nowhere apartment location now seems like prime real estate in Trento. Can we stop ourselves from going more than once per week?

We happened to stay at a hotel in Mattarello outside Trento. We arrived late after a long drive, tired and hungry. We didnt have any expectations of this place and it seemed to be perhaps the only place open. With locals eating, drinking and smoking away, this place was full of atmosphere. The pizzas did not disappoint either. This was one of those places that you "discover".
