Ate here for first time tonight. Had a pretty great time. Nice beer and wine selection for a small pasta/pizza restaurant. Homemade linguini with rose sauce was delicious. Very busy restaurant on a Friday night, but it moved quickly. Will eat here again.

Italian food it its' best. What do you like best. Cheese Steak? Stromboli? Burgers? PIZZA? They have it all.
pretty decent pizza when they clean their over properly( have had a few where the black debris from the oven sticks to the crust and has an overpowering, disgusting taste) sandwhiches are okay too, wtih a pretty good beer take out selection. good customer serivce for the most part, except for the one time the cook was glaring at me the entire time i waited . still dont know what that was about....

We always get our pizza to take home here. Consistently good - not the BEST pizza of my life, but very very good. They always have order ready on time and take care of customers. It's what I consider a medium crust - not ultra dough-y, but not thin and crispy either.

Stopped in here one night in need of good Italian food. I git it here. Unusual ordering system. The place is always crowded and the inside area that has a long window with all sorts of delicious foods. Pasta, meatballs, Calzone, Stromboli and dozens of pizza pies. There is no lines or queue. The people behind the counter seem to know who is ready to order and pick. It seems like chaos, but works well. I am not a fan of stuffed pizza, but people seem to love it. But they have traditional Neapolitan as well. I chose to try their meatball sandwich and onion rings. It was very good. I have to say that Cheesesteaks in the area seem to be primo. PIzza? Not so much. The next time I was there I got their Baked Ziti. Also delicious.

I order a medium cheesesteak stromboli and was surprised by a much higher price when I picked it up. Chalked it up to an honest mistake on their part and just paid for it. Found the stromboli to have LOTs of dough, cheese, and some cheesesteak. It was mostly dough for $14.99. Not impressed by the stromboli.

Have had wonderful food from Jack's. From the pizza, to their wings. The service is very nice especially the awesome hardworking employees. The owner is a great guy. Every time I visit our family friend in Thorndale we order from Jack's. As a Chef and Foodie, this establishment is the real deal when it comes to Pizza and Wings, along other outstanding menu items. Highly recommended by me is the Seafood Chowder, a delicious creamy base with a great selection of quality seafood. The Buffalo Chicken pizza is a house specialty and is remarkably excellent, quality chicken shredded in a tangy yet spicy buffalo sauce and a nice hint of blue cheese and mozzerella cheese, both went well together. The Wings are spectacular, fried until crispy tossed in their special sauce and you choose from regular, medium or hot. With that being said defnitely check out Jack's Pizza & Pasta, you'll be glad did. Highly Recommended!

We bought pizza and sandwiches here years ago when we lived closer to Thorndale. We were always happy with the service and the food. But last week we were a little disappointed with our food. We were in the area and picked up a pepperoni pizza and italian stromboli to take home. The pizza crust was like chewing rubber, I don't know if this was because it needed to cook longer or what. The italian stromboli was bland, something seemed to be missing, the flavor was off, like an important ingredient was missing. Not terrible but needs improvement for sure.

Our recent visit to Pomodoro was OK, but I don't think there is anything above average about this restaurant...there are so many of this type of BYOB Italian restaurants in this area, that I think they need something to distinguish themselves. Unfortunately, since they don't take reservations, you have to either eat very early or wait a long time for a table. The meal was acceptable, the service a little slow, and it's OK but not great.
