If you´re looking for traditional northern italian dishes, without staying where everbody else are, than this could be your Trattoria! I´ve been there for about five times and almost every one of them I could not resist the famous Pizzoccheri, with origin from Valtellina. If you have never tried it, you must! Here they also serve a very good polenta, with different meat to go with it, but I would say rabbit is maybe the best. For red wine, why not try the Inferno, also from Valtellina. The prices are very fair, treatment is descrete, almost shy. I love this place! I never thought about the possibility of an all you can eat pizza place where you get one slice at a time from a variety of pies, but now that I've tried it, I'm hooked. It's great being able to just have one small slice of a kind of pizza you would normally not be brave enough to try, and it's just as fun when your traditional favorites come by your table. Their desserts are amazing, and are the perfect end to a perfect meal. Finishing off the experience is the excellent staff of Sbafo Stezzano, who are always willing to accommodate specific orders and maintain very friendly dispositions. I will definitely be back again.

Nice place with full attention to the customers, waiter explained the menu that was just in Italian. Enormous varieties of different pizzas and also possibility to choose different qualities of the bread, great. Super fast service and a lot of people in the staff. Plenty of local people as guests, a good sign! Fantastic Pizza!!

I read a lot of recommendations and drove 5 hours to try the place True they give separate knife and fork or plates that are specific for gluten free eaters but this is not enough as what is the most important in a restaurant is taste of the food and qualityGor gluten free they had 1 pasta option with fried aubergine only and the rest were pizza and burgers, we went with the pizza and simply it was the worst dough and pizza I ever ate in my life, not soft and so white and unhealthy The women who served us didn't speak English and they didn't have an English menu which was a struggleI highly recommend not going and never repeating this mistake againWe only ate what was on the top of the pizza as we were hungry so we wasted our money, time and calories

We went there for dinner a bit after they opened, the restaurant is well kept and the service was always prompt, professional and friendly.We enjoyed our seafood (fritto misto very much along with amazing vegetables and proper cooked fries)Wine was also great and the sweets delicious also.Pizza looked great, since by the time we left it came full of locals mostly ordering pizza and seafood.It's a bit out of town, but have ample parking and definitely worth it to try it.Best dinner we had in North of Italy this time around.

Our plane landed very late (23:30 pm) and had to rush to the hotel and then we couldn't find somewhere to eat. This was recommended by the receptionist and he was so right. Great food, even at that hour, great service and very clean restaurant. The owner is a very open person, willing to make us comfortable and always smiling.

I went twice, one month apart, both times with friends, and the experience was dramatically different: lunch was excellent, almost white glove service, every detail counted, super cozy and amazing food; then dinner with lack of care, wrong food delivered to our table, extremely long wait. It was bizarre: other guests who came later were served before and even left the place while we were still wondering where our dishes were. It did not even seem like we were in the same restaurant! A third time will tell
