Brothers Restaurant, Middlesex County, NJ1020 State Route 18, North, East Brunswick, 08816-4302732-254- 7171 NOW THAT is Little Italy Italian. You want REAL The Bronx Little Italy Arthur Avenue ZESTY SAUCE Italian, but don't want to travel to The Bronx's Famous Arthur Avenue. Then, IF you happen to be in Middlesex County New Jersey off State Route 18 Northbound, stop in to Brothers. IF you enjoy ZESTY Tarty spiced sauce on your REAL Italian meals, then this is the place to stop for huge portion zesty Italian sauce meals at phenomenally low prices. I am calling to your attention by repeating ZESTY/ TANGY, simply because, at least once, each time we go there to 'scratch' that REAL Italian yen, but don't want to travel to The Bronx' famous Little Italy Arthur Avenue, and, we go to Brothers, we always here someone bring back the food and say it's just not for them = TOO TART/ TOO ZESTY/ TOO TANGY.... fair-enough... everyone has regional preferences; and while one dresses up to please others, you DO eat TO PLEASE YOURSELF! amen! So, let's be specific in my summary praise.YOU find yourself in Middlesex County New Jersey?YOU find yourself near State Route 18 Northbound in East Brunswick? You find yourself having a yen for genuine Italian food with that zesty, tarty, tangy flavor then stop off at Brothers East Brunswick for zesty, tangy, Meatballs "to-die-for", zesty, spicy pasta dishes you have to take home after stuffing yourself and engorging yourself totally satisfying your palate.you order, take a seat, "tractor trailer" seems to parks in front of your table with tons of food! BEWARE! you are not the only one who wants that magnificent zesty food. Bring your patients and be prepared to wait during peak times. Everyone else thinks it's well-worth the long waits on line to enjoy their meals.... IF you are also, and, again, you love ZESTY Genuine Italian Food that rivals Little Italy Arthur Avenue Bronx, then you will not be the least disappointed.AMEN! BON GUSTO

While in the area for work I came across F & J at lunchtime. The owner greeted us as we walked in the door. Offered many different choices for a quick and what turned out to be tasty lunch. One thing they had that kind of too me by surprise was homemade bread which was MUCH better then I thought it would be. I wound up having a sandwich which was very good, fresh and pretty tasty. NOT a bad choice if in the area.

Our son loves to visit whenever heâs in town. However, everything was different including the poor service, food quality, cleanliness. Something has gone seriously wrong from a management perspective. Why do I say this? Here are the facts. We ordered two slices of pizza. One slice came as a plain slice with mushrooms and cheese thrown on top. Thatâs what was not ordered. When we questioned the order, the server and chef took offense by saying thatâs how itâs made. Wrong!! We know what should have been done to fill the order not just dress up leftovers for sale.My meal failed to come with soup or salad until we questioned the order. Finally a bowl came at the same time as the entrees. It was tasteless and too hot. The entrees were no different for our family. What a disappointment!! Even the portion size was reduced. There were very few patrons during dinner time. Something has changed and itâs not good. No recommendation here.

The pizza was very fresh and delicious.Their website says they also offer baked ziti, fish, salads, French fries, but they were nowhere to be seen when I walked in.You may have to ask for those.and its kosher. The ambience does not exist, so this is not a great place for a first date or to bring business associates. But if you want good pizza, this is the place.

This is a small place with a small parking lot. Inside is a typical style pizza area and a separate dining room. We had a 15 minute wait. The food is very good. The meals come with a large salad and bread that tastes freshly made. Typical Italian dishes. The waitress came to every table and gave each diner a sample half slice of pizza. The slice we tasted was very good. The service was decent but a little slow.

Family ordered from here previously, several times. Today was my first time and will not be the last. My dinner was simple, baked ziti. But this one, unlike their competitors whose name begins with a âCâ, was better. It was cheesier, the sauce was just right and not overpowering and the noodles were perfect and not soggy. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner today. Located in a strip mall, ample parking. Interior very, very clean with nice decor. Staff actually smiled and were pleasant. One came over and held the door open for me as I was leaving. Saw a nice display of several varieties of specialty pizza. Itâs the small things as the above mentioned that will bring repeat customers back over and over again. Oh and I noticed a delivery person so you can call in your meal and have it brought to your front door. Recommended and Iâll be back.

We have been eating at Camillo's for more than 12 years. Dinners, lunches, parties, you name it we did it here. The food is exactly what it is supposed to be.. great food, friendly prompt servers, very reasonable prices in a welcoming comfortable restaurant. I can't guess how many times I have eaten here, how many dishes I tried, but it has been many and I have NEVER been dissatisfied, and NEVER left hungry (and almost always with a doggy bag full of food that tasted just as delicious the next day). The owners are the chefs, and are delightful friendly people. I just enjoyed another marvelous dinner of shrimp scampi with spaghetti in the same sauce and I am still smiling about it. Worth the trip to Jersey, and worth the visit to Camillo's.

Award Winning Gourmet Pizza & Authentic Italian Cuisine
Our first choice was closed for renovations so I found Nunzioâs and other TA members gave it great reviews. We sat in the dining room for a nice dinner. Merry our server was awesome, bubbly and service with a smile. I ordered large grilled seafood (calamari, baby shrimp & fresh mushrooms) -fantastic!!! Grilled to perfection & just a touch crispy-perfect. Taking 3/4 of it home for lunch tomorrow. Hubby had chicken parmigiana, small order-which was very large -the red sauce on his was delicious. Overall, this is place the type of place we crave on Long Island but canât find anymore. We need to be in the area for a few days and will come back for a pizza. Glad we came and experienced a piece of our childhood!!

The carne pizza is really very good, beaten only by Franco Peppe's (we eat pizza often). The eggplant pizza was good - could do with more eggplant on it though. The large pizzas are enormous but being delicious nothing goes spare. We ordered through ubereats and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
