A fairly unusual restaurant, but when we arrived I said we wanted pizza and red wine which made the waitress laugh, but that is what we got.We joked our way though the meal including a very good seafood antipasta. We were hungry and the pizzas were just what we needed.

Due to family we come here everytime we are around. We always enjoyed the restaurant and were keen on going again last Easter holidays. However, this time we were disappointed. The pizzas are superbe, especially with those scissors- a real experience. My husband had pasta and also was very happy with his food. I however had the Carpaccio and Bruschetta and it was simply not good. The Bruscetta was too small for the price and was just bread with tomatoes. The Carpaccio a such was good (meat) but it was drenched in olive oil. Far too much. You could hardly taste the meat. Also the Tiramisu was nothing to write home about... can do it better myself.I am giving 4 stars because if I had given ratings the last times (where however I did not use and contribute to Tripadvisor actively) I would have -no doubt- given 5 stars, but this time it was more 3 stars because it was a disappointment. I have to say though that they just opened for the season and maybe they were not running their usual 150%. So, in short, if you go there and you have pizza and pasta, you get a 5-star-experience, but other food...not sure..

The owner is an acknowledged truffle hunter, and the truffles he find, black or white truffles, find their way into his excellent food.Bored of a normal pizza? Try a truffle one. The man has a very large pizza over, and prepares other food. The place is also the local bar and cafe; Do not expect high end or classy restaurant, but a fun and good food place.

This is your typical Romagnolo eatery. Hearty, savoury, filling your stomach and not emptying your wallet. In one word, the perfect combination. The pasta courses and meat dishes are very good, and accompanying them with a glass of local red wine is a breeze. Pizzas are large and well filled. The staff is friendly and willing to advise on the daily specialty.Only the location is a bit weird, perched as the restaurant is inside a motorway exit. But when the food is good...

We found Il Ritrovo on our last night in Emiglia Romagna. The cooking is rustic, rich and with very generous portions. We enjoyed the mixed antipasti "Tris" which had enough content to be a full meal - enjoyable mixed fried ravioli, an assortment of bruschetta, a creamy mushroom dish with bread and more. Main courses were also good - I enjoyed a pork fillet with mushroom sauce cooked in foil and my wife had a very well cooked dish of ravioli with spinach, pine nuts and ricotta. Overall very enjoyable and hearty meal. Others in the restaurant were eating what looked like very good pizzas too.

A chance stop in this cute little piazza was a good move for lunch. Lucky we weren't in a hurry as clearly everything is prepared from scratch. The food however, was great - delicious chicken tagliata & the most artful Greek salad. Seemingly the only non locals, we were however given a warm welcome.

We stayed in this hotel restaurant for 4 nights. Customer service is excellent although most of the communication is made through hand gestures, the staff can understand English well although they reply back in Italian which we try to interpret the best we can. We paid â¬260 in total for 2 double rooms. There were 3 adults and 2 kids in our group. Breakfast is free which consists of coffee and pastry. Good facilities for kids indoor play pen. Ideal location for E45 travellers or a short stop over in Sarsina. Their pasta is cooked to perfection apparently, though will have to try them next time on our visit as we ran out of time to dine in.
