It pains me to write this because Iâve enjoyed some good meals there over the past several years. Was there in November and then again in December. The dining room was cold in December and the eggplant parm a little burnt on the bottom. However, raviolis were delicious as always.Returned again last Sunday. Only the bar area was open (maybe 6 booths). The place has always been a little run down, but it was downright dirty. Was told the dining room was not open cause they didnât have heat and were having trouble getting parts. This has apparently been going on for at least 6 weeks, as it was the same when I was there back in the beginning of November. Bar was cold too. There was a garbage can full of dirty recycling behind me directly next to the coat hook-gross. The gentlemen behind the bar was answering the phone and telling people they were open. There were only 6 booths in the bar, and he should have mentioned that. Booths were full and people were walking out. Again, my dinner was burnt on the bottom. They need to address the heat or close it till itâs fixed. Clean the place-crooked pictures, garbage cans, and dust do not make for a pleasant experience.

We found this restaurant on Tripadvisor...We were traveling through the area. It is a local establishment, not fancy and not very big. However, the menu was extensive and the beer selection was huge. Prices are very reasonable. The pizza and wings were great. The pizza is thin and crispy. A great experience overall.

We tried the pizza from here twice: eat-in once and take-out once. Both times the pizza was undercooked and doughy. When we ate there, we asked to have the pizza put back in the oven for a few more minutes to cook more. When we got the pizza back, it was cold and looked exactly the same. Apparently, they did not put it back in the oven as we had asked. I would drive a little more to find a better place.

We came to Costa's to celebrate our youngest Granddaughters 1st Communion. We had a sit down meal in the Banquet Room that consisted of multiple courses of terrific Italian Food. There was Pasta in Alfredo Sauce, Baked Ziti, Sausage & Peppers, Eggplant Parmigiana, Chicken Franchisee, Fish Piccata and finger food for the Children. The service was polite and efficient. It was a wonderful day full of memories.

If you watch the Food Network channel, you may have seen âDinners, Drive-ins. And Divesâ. Well this is a dive. Parking is directly of Westfield Avenue so be careful not to miss it. The rundown atmosphere and clutter does not this restaurant appealing. The lack of air conditioning made very warm inside with the heat of the ovens. The chairs were uncomfortable and abutted cases of water on the floor. Wood bank chairs on the opposite side of the room werenât any mor appealing. In short, the restaurant is setup for call ahead ordering or delivery. Itâs not accommodating for patrons. The âtriple threatâ is a unique pizza with a combination calzone, garlic knots, and pepperoni pizza. It lacked taste but the combination of ingredients made it interesting at best. The other order of pepperoni wheels, chopped fried cheese, and cheese pizza was no different. The Vodka sauce actually tasted better when the pizza cooled down. In short, if you like to experience exotic pizza combinations that donât WOW with flavor, this your place. There is no atmosphere but the waitstaff was friendly.

Everything here is so fresh and tasty - never disappoints! Only complaint is I wish the place took reservations or expanded. Many times we want to go but don't because we just don't have the time or patience to wait (and wait, and wait.....)

We decided to do Pizza and salad for dinner with another couple. They said Santilla's pizza was the best in New Jersey. Maybe it's the best for out-of-towners, who do't know what pizza should taste like. We ordered two medium size pizzas with vegetables. We paid $67! The crust was burned, the pizza was boring, they were skimpy with the veggies. I WOULD NEVER WASTE CALORIES EATING THIS PIZZA AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE! Who voted for this place.....there is some seriously yummy pizza places in MJ, but this one is NOT it>

Michelino's Restaurant and Pizzeria offers Italian, casual dining as it should be. Whether you join us for a casual dinner in our restaurant, enjoy watching sports at the bar or need pizza and wings delivered to your home - you can count on Michelino's!
You can order the tasty traditional Italian entrees such as Marsala, Parm and standard pastas but they have an extended menu where there are many entrees not normally seen locally. Shrimp with Broccoli Rabe, Seafood Canollini, Short Ribs with Risotto, Italian Stuffed Sole. To be honest we have never had the pizza, we are spoiled by another local institution. For a lovely meal come to Michelino's
