Very rarely in this part of the City so was good to try this place out for ourselves after being recommended. Early evening pizzas and drinks in a great place with a great vibe. I tried the Walk the Line pizza and wasn't disappointed. The place was busy for a Wednesday with a steady turnover of customers. Well located for the cinema and we will certainly be happy to return again.

Cold and miserable Tuesday evening in Adelaide while on a business trip, the cafe is walking distance from the Adelaide Inn. Had read a positive write up on TripAdvisor about the Princess pasta, so I ordered it, plus a Mediterranean salad to share with my wife. The serve was generous, certainly enough for the two of us, but the pasta was dry and the sauce lacking in flavor. The salad was good and when eaten with the pasta, helped. The restaurant is small and the staff, not all that interested. In that area of North Adelaide there are so many restaurants, one is spoiled for choice. This want one of my better ones.

there are two of these restaurants - one on King william road and one on waymouth street
Service was quick, friendly & helpful when I went for dinner. There is a blackboard with a good selection of tapas type dishes. And there is the imaginative pizza menu.I had the meatball and tomato pizza. The pizza was thin & crispy & there were about two small meatballs on every slice. It was very tasty. There are also two desert pizzas .There is also an extensive selection of bottled wine, wines by the glass & many beers to choose from.

Authentic Italian Cuisine with the freshest ingredients including; Pasta, Lasagna, Cannelloni, Meat balls, stuffed capsicum, Osso buco, parmigiana and lots more. Very traditional way of cooking, Nona's style. Wood oven Pizza, hand stretch, thin base, light
My son and I had dinner there this evening. We had the scaloppine alla romana and the lasagna and both were delicious. Serves were generous and the prices very reasonable. Service was friendly and quite quick, especially as they were very busy.My only gripe is that it was very noisy, making conversation difficult.

Amalfi Pizzeria Restaurant
We stopped at this recommended Italian restaurant after spending the morning visiting nearby Migration, South Australia and Art Gallery Museums. Greeted by a friendly waitress, we chose a corner table in the rear as the office/university crowd was beginning to arrive at 12;15 PM. Another smiling waitress presented a drink menu and brought a carafe of water along with bread, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. We chose from the place mat menu before using the clean restrooms. My natural oysters arrived just before the hot Hawaiian Pizza. The food was delicious but the noise level was a bit too high between the music and the boisterous diners for normal conversation. It was hard to imagine an enjoyable experience if the restaurant had been full. Paid with my Visa card, ~$25

Breakfast till 4 pm, lunch and dinner. Italian cuisine
Dined here last Monday night with a group of friends. Husband and I shared the Lamb Shouder with rosemary potatoes and vegetables. It was a decent size, well presented and ooooh so tender. Excellent food and wine menu. All our friends enjoyed their meals. Well worth a visit. We will return.

Itâs almost a victim of its own success. It was a really busy Sunday night and it was SO noisy! Our little table of four could barely hear ourselves above the hubbub. I appreciate that itâs a âhappyâ noise, but it was very trying. As far as the food goes, some good, some not so... The pork rib ravioli was declared delicious. I opted for the special pizza - pork belly, tomatoes, cheese. Sounded interesting but it disappointed. The first issue was that the toppings made the base soggy, a mortal sin for pizza. I couldnât pick up a slice without it collapsing and losing the topping. Then the other issue was a lack of flavour. A few scattered cherry tomatoes didnât cut it and nowhere near enough cheese. A good idea lost in execution. Maybe a lesson to stick to the classics. Then the desserts - brilliant! Probably the best tiramisu Iâve had in years. Rich, tasty and a very generous serve. Itâs uber trendy right now. Not sure Iâd rush back.
