The pizza is huge. It is close to New York style. Very good and the flavor is out of this world. You can easily feed 5 people with the 24" pizza for less than $21.00... Amazing
Up-front Full Disclosure: I worked at a Round Table Pizza for about three years nearly 20 years ago. Yes, I am biased, but bias in favor of the consumer. During my tenure and as assistant manager, I learned and had to train employees on the proper way to do things. Not to say that other ways are necessarily wrong... they just are not the Round Table way.Just got back from a nice lunch buffet with my son. The buffet runs 11:30 to 1:30, and we got there around 1:00, just as the lunch rush was leaving. We lagged on getting there, and I was concerned that I would just get the leftovers.... no fresh pizza, limited selection on the pizza, and an empty and messy salad bar. I was very happy to see that GM Shelly was on top of her employees. I was quickly rang up right upon arrival. My son used his coupon for a free pizza from the library reading program, which required a pizza purchase. Shelly allowed my buffet plate to be adequate. When getting our drinks, the ice dispenser was low on ice. I didn't say anything, but it must have been noticed because before I got to my seat, staff was refilling the dispenser. There were a few dirty tables that were empty, but a staff member was cleaning some at that moment. I asked if one of the dirty ones was available, she said yes, and then I put my drinks down to get my salad. The salad bar was low on greens, but I managed to scrape enough to make myself a decent plate. It was a little messy, which is understandable considering the timing, but more-importantly there was plenty of each topping. ON my first round I grabbed three types of pizza, one specialty, one Hawaiian, and a pep., all of which seemed reasonably fresh. As I walked back to my seat, more fresh pizza arrived. To my delight our table was spotless was well as the chairs. All the trash on the floor had been picked up. Less than three minutes later my son's pizza was hand delivered to our table. Much more personal than them simply calling out a number. The server asked what else we needed and I said nothing. A few minutes later I got some more pizza (more fresh ones!), and a staff member promptly cleared our empty plates as well as those from patrons that just left. Approaching 1:25, I went for some more pizza, but there really wasn't much left. I asked if they would be bringing out more or if this was it (and if this was it, I would have eaten it, but if more was coming i'd prefer to wait for a different type). The response I got was very pleasing: "Well, what would you like? We will make it." I I was thrilled! I waited a few minutes and a small specialty came out which I enjoyed quite a bit of (as well as a few others).I normally don't review this type of establishment, nor do I have high expectations going there. You look at the quality of employees and pay grade and that explains what your experience is usually like. Here, it was the opposite. Every employee truly seemed happy to be there, went out of their way to help us, and smiled every time they interacted with us. That alone will bring me back. It also raised the review from 4 to 5 stars. It was at four due to lack of cinnamon twists.
Great pizza with good topping with the right amount of sauce, each bite of the pizza taste as good as the first bite. The driver was friendly and had a great attitude what great customer service.

We ate dinner here on 12/25. We had reservations for 5 people at 1815 but due to an early arriving flight, we were a little early, but were still seated about 1800. Service was a little spotty, but I attribute that to the amount of patrons inside the restaurant. If you did not have reservations, the wait was about 1 hour and 45 minutes. For dinner we ordered: bruschetta appetizer, large entree of prosciutto stuffed chicken that served 4 of us, a childâs fettuccine alfredo, 1 maschio prosecco and for dessert a colossal brownie sundae. Total for entire meal was $84.55 w/tax. Food was hot and good.SoCalOregonian, thank you for choosing to dine with us at Buca di Beppo. This is the place you come for a great New York style thin crust pizza with fresh, homemade toppings spread generously across the pie. We live in Lakeside and make the trip out here on the average of twice a month. Their crust is absolutely phenomenal and has to be tasted to be believed. We started coming here to celebrate our sons birthday (on his recommendation) after he participated in one of their in-house classes. After that, the ownership changed hands to Elmer and his more than capable partner (his wife). They go out of there way to make your pizza eating experience a memorable one.

Finally, a genuine New York style pizza restaurant in California! Bongiorno's New York Pizzeria offers delectable Italian meals that you will want to eat time and time again. Our family has owned this pizza restaurant in Poway, CA since 2009 and we have e
What a pleasant, delicious surprise Bongiorno's pepperoni pizza was! We thought it was just delicious, reminding us of the days we lived in New York. We had the 18 inch pie, which was more than enough for two ( we took some home), and easily enough for three and maybe even four if you limit yourself to two big slices each. We can't wait to go back! They do have a full menu, but the pizza is what we craved and preordered, so we didn't have to wait once we sat down.We really liked it.
I've always enjoyed my pizza from this place. They have 4 different crusts to choose from. Different sauces, cheeses and toppings. You watch them make it, just like at subway. You can add whatever you want. Very reasonably priced. Clean. Friendly service. They have a "frequent buyer reward club" for extra incentive to go there. I just had a free pizza yesterday.Delicious!

Having dinner with a teenage grandchild is always a treat. The draw back at the Villa Capri is the tables are very close together and the noise level makes it more difficult for conversation. The service was good except he neglected to ask for a drink order. They do have outside seating but again noisy. The food is good. They usually serve pasta with a white sauce or a pink sauce. I have been here many times and this was the first I have had a cold red sauce served with the bread. It was delicious and I asked to have some with my pasta served warm which was great. The lobster ravioli served with pink was also enjoyed. The waiter chose the Cabernet wine and it was excellent. Pasta dishes are nearly $20 and up.Bread pudding a family favorite.
