We found this restaurant on the map when passing by and later realized that we had entered private property of touristic village which we probably were not allowed to. I am not sure about this but all people around were from the village - they had armbands :) The restaurant is ok, big portions, good food, nice staff, clean toilets, playground nearby, German Weissbier...seems little expensive to me, you pay 2 euro per person for bread stick, even when you did not have a single one. But overall pleasant experience.

I stumbled upon this place, and was very impressed.Serves pizzas, meat menu, fish menu and fast food. Unusually for Italy the menu is flexible, with kids' options, and larger portions of starters are available (in fact I stuffed myself with a "padella di carbonara". Large car park, as it is on the Romea/SS309 coast road.

Very great food. Restaurant is easily reachable by foot also from the Rosapineta Camping villages.Very good pizza, my son really liked the Quattro Formaggio, I very much liked the Pizza Nado (unusual combination of parma, mushrooms and anchovies). I also very much recommend the clams as antipasti (Cozze e Vongole alla tarrantina)Additional nice notice: they asked if they should cut the pizza for my son, which safed me quite some time - they were the only restaurant here to ask that.

We came here on recommendation of tripadvisor and were not disappointed. We had a good English-speaking host, which is not evident in the area. We ordered as secundi grilled mixed fish and vegetables, which were a bit too small to our opinion, but tasted absolutely delicious!

I was visiting my parents in Rosolina, but I live in Scotland.We went for Dinner on Thursday 13th October, and we have had a wonderful night.The restaurant is impressive: very beautiful ambient with a great big room and an incredible roof all made in wood.Service was great and our waiter attentive and very professional but also friendly and funny.We ordered: Prosciutto di San Daniele, Antipasto rustico con taleggio alla piastra e prociutto di cervo, crosini con baccalà mantecato, capesante alla griglia, tagliere misto di afffettati as starters. Everything was very very good.As main courses: spaghetti vongole veraci, seabass with roasted potaotes and cherry tomatoes.Because 3 of us ordered the seabass, our waiter suggested one big seabass to share, the weight was 1.2Kg, and we were eating more than in a single portion. The seabass was absolutely fantastic. Spaghetti with vongole veraci fantastic as well.Desserts just for two of us but anyway delicious too.I suggest this place to everyone because is really a great restaurant, for service, for food quality and for ambience.We had a great evening.Thank you La Taverna.

Piadine per tutti i gusti e per tutti i palati, tempi di attesa un poâ lunghi per il notevole afflusso, per cui vale comunque la pena aspettare visto la squisitezza delle piadine.Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile.Aperto fino a tardi, ottimo anche per uno spuntino in tarda serata.

Ci siamo presentati in 4 alle 13.50 di sabato e, appena seduti, ci siamo sentiti dire che la cucina era praticamente già chiusa e che quindi sarebbe stato meglio ordinare più piatti uguali per semplicità . Al momento dellâordine in 3 ordinano gli spaghetti alle vongole. Io avrei voluto assaggiare due antipasti. Mi è stato detto che non era possibile e avrei dovuto unirmi agli altri. Cosa che, contro voglia, ho fatto. Dopo un poâ che aspettavamo abbiamo dovuto richiedere il pane perché non ci è stato portato. La cosa curiosa è che il tavolo, di due persone, davanti al nostro arrivati 5 minuti prima hanno mangiato 3 piatti diversi ed erano ancora al tavolo quando noi siamo andati via. Spaghetti buoni, peccato perché avrei assaggiato anche altre cose. Se la cucina chiude così presto, che è legittimo, avrei preferito fosse stato detto chiaramente.
