Nice restaurant located on the beach. The food was good but the service really slow. The situation could easily have been solved if the waiters had been more humble.

Here's a restaurant which does exactly what it says on the tin. Great pizza, good service, and all in a great location, few minutes walk from the harbour and the town beach.

Restaurant traditionnel, pizza, bruschetta, salade repas, pâtes fraiches, viandes...ect Plats préparer uniquement à partir de produis frais. Places en salle et terasse. Salle climatisée.
We were on a cruise in Corsica and stumbled upon this restaurant. To our pleasant surprise, it served the most amazing food. We loved everything we ordered and we started to talk to other tables as they were talking about how wonderful their dishes were. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We headed over to this Pizza restaurant after reading excellent reviews. We were greeted by friendly staff and had amazing Pizza.Very nice Pizza base and great quality toppings. The bases are nice and thin.Fast friendly service and great prices. The restaurant is located off the main seafront road and is in a residential area. Come for the Pizza and enjoy.Highly recommended.

Sensational and innovative pizzas combined with a prime dining area and really slick service justifies this venue top 10 ranking. Paid around â¬40 euros for 2 pizzas and 4 glasses of wine.As others reviewers have advised bookings seem essential on popular nights.

The restaurant the rocca alta proposes a cooking completely with fresh products, but also pizzas as well as tapas. Service of deckchair and non-stop restoration in July and August. Corsican evenings every Tuesday and DJ every on Friday and Saturday evenin
Fun as a couple, for a family and as a group. Plentiful, tasty dinners. Live music sometimes in the evenings, then dj music later at night. The epitome of a tropical vacation restaurant/music venue. My husband and I like coming here to chill out, energize, sit in the sun, seek respite from the heat or watch the sunset across the Gulf of Ajaccio towards the Mediterranean Sea. The ice cream desserts are the thing to have here during the daytime. Of the half dozen times weâve come for desserts, lunch, dinner with a good-sized group, or just as a romantic couple for a cocktail, to raise a glass, or sip a coffee, we have not been disappointed with the quality of what we were served. The seating on the sand is comfy, but the chairs and long wooden bench seating at the semi-indoor tables could use a little help to become comfortable.Great location, down a rocky lane, with dirt parking area, then l'Alta Rocca is right there on the beach. There is seating on the beach, from where you can swim, watch the sunsets, or just hang out. Right behind you is the terrace seating which is covered if you want a little protection from the elements. Too noisy at night for conversation when the live music is playing, as the volume is a bit too loud, even with a duet of folksy guitar/singers, but for taking in the ambiance, it's great. Fun place for dancing later at night when the restaurant stops serving food. A quarter hour drive from Ajaccio in Porticcio We went there the entire season that it was open, not only July 2017.

the place is simple and somehow tipical being at a campground, but the pizzas we had were very good and tasty. a very thin dough, a bit burned at the edges and plenty topping. :)the desserts as profiteroles and tiramisú were homemade and good as well.staff was quite friendly, although you should not be in a hurry, because the waiting time could be a bit longer then expected.all in all pleased to suggest this place and to step in again.

So sorry to the nice waitress who served us - but the food was awful.A seafood salad - tinned tuna covered in thousand island dressing with 2 curried (why?) mussels.Salad compose - tinned tuna mixed with rice.A chicken forestiere special - basic grilled chicken leg with unspectacular mushroom sauce, rice & curried courgette (again - what thinking went on there).Steak tartare - oldish. The food in Porticcio generally looks dreadful & we'd have been better off going to the local supermarket. This was really awful - it really doesn't take a lot, cut the over ambition & produce something simple & decent.
