situato sul corso principale che porta al mare nella frazione di policastro bussentino, da peppino ottima pizzeria, presente nel locale un camino accogliente, un poâ dispersivo ma la pizza davvero buona, abbiamo preso 4 pizze con 4 bevute, poi delle patatine fatte in casa e della pizza con la nutella, interessante la pizza, servizio discreto, molto ospitale il titolare. prezzo basso e possibilità di amari e caffè.

Ci siamo recati per una pizza che a dire la verità è buona, sottile e croccante nulla da eccepire ma la cosa che ci ha più scoraggiato è il servizio che definirlo lento gli fai un piacere, due ragazze che la lumaca gli fa un baffo, addirittura il pizzaiolo è uscito fuori chiedendo chi avesse in ordine la pizza perché era senza far nulla, questo per far capire la lentezza che girando per molti ristoranti non ho mai riscontrato, da suggerire come pizzeria ma sconsigliatissimo come servizio

Una bellissima giornata trascorsa in questo lido tranquillissimo. Personale molto gentile. Lido economico ma di ottima qualità . non so come si mangi perchè non ho provato, ma servizio spiaggia e bar sono ottimi. Bravi!

Today I have had an amazing dinner here in this lovely place on the hill of Acquavena near the Palinuro coast. I live in England but I come from Napoli - Italy and when I go back to my native town for holiday I like to return in my favourite places not far from Napoli. In summer time I love to go to the Cilento coast and in particular in Palinuro. In this area my favourite restaurant is U Trappitu: here you can eat an excellent meat that rarely you find in other places of the world. I strongly recommend to eat "Grigliata mista" which is a mix of different type of grilled meat. Here you can also eat a delicious cake named "Ricotta e cioccolato" which is made whith ricotta cheese and chocolate.

We grabbed a quick takeaway pizza after a long day at the beach. After having spent a few months in the south of Italy we assumed that it was nearly impossible to get bad food. I won't say that the pizza was awful as the dough was still nicely made and not heavy, but the pizza was thin and dry and not very tasty. They could do better I'm sure!

Cucina lenta abbiamo aspettato tanto per poter mangiare la nostra cena. Il pesce pur essendo fresco nn è stato di mio gradimento in quanto il primo i cavatelli risultava un po' slavati , e la grigliata di pesce insapore. Per poi scoprire che la grigliata costava 18⬠quindi il gioco nn vale la candela , nn ci torneremo piu.

Sometimes you find this great restaurants, you regret you did not find earlier. The place is a bit hidden, but on the sea! Beautifull garden and fantastic food. The pasta's are gorgious, especially the spaghetti vongole, absolute delicious! The meat of the grill is another must!!! Just a fantastic experience for very little money. Looking forward to next time.

Our go-to-restau in-town. Massive portions with delicious food. There's two sides to this place, a restaurant and a bar. The bar always served delicious coffee and baked goods and all the food from the restaurant side was so good. Whether it be pizza or pasta. Nice decoration and the waitress was always very witty. Prices were very low (thanks to it being the south). The restaurant itself is very close to both Cafe le Port and to the train station, so it's a great place to stop in quick if I'm passing through!

Been going to this restaurant for 9 years; Michele, the owner and operator is there every night. His staff, is the most friendly and professional we have encountered in the 12 years we have traveled throughout Italy. It is the only restaurant that serves, cozze al griglia, a taste treat you will never forget. The pizza by Roberta is the ultimate. If there was a 6 star rating, I would give it that. We stopped here on the way to Lecce from Naples in the middle of October. Although the waitresses were wonderful (speaking fluent German, English, and some French), the food was atrocious. We started with the octopus (which was ok) and also ordered the meat tray with a pork chop, veal chop, and sausage.We can only guess that the chef was not present, because what came back was a burned pork chop, extremely rare veal chop, and partially cooked sausage. None of it was edible. We would have sent it back and asked not to pay for it, but we just wanted to get out, so we paid and left.
