If you want a cheap place for Happy Hour, this might be it. Happy Hour menu is much better than the regular dinner menu. Flatbreads are very good. We tried regular menu items three different times and finally have given up. Tastes like Italian food cooked by someone from anyplace buy Italy. Very bland sauces and tasteless poorly seasoned main courses. We might be back for Happy Hour, but this is just not up to par with the many great Italian restaurants in Scottsdale.

The food here was absolutely amazing, had the best chicken wings I had in my life here, super tasty! The pizza here was also totally to die for, this restaurant needs to be a franchise! Great friendly service also.

At North Arcadia, Italian countryside has merged with the Phoenix Arcadia district to create a space that is refined and rustic. The modern Italian farmhouse architecture gives the first hint of regional farm-to-table food and a welcoming vibe inside. Hous
I understand that some restaurateurs wish for a loud, fun ambiance as such connotes high energy and excitement. Normally, loud is fine. But this place was so loud I had to sit next to my wife (rather than across) just to converse. I was put off by the sheer din of the place. We both had the signature bolognese and we were both disappointed. The noodles were excellent but the signature sauce was bland tasting. We tried to amp the flavor up using first salt then by adding some balsamic. That helped but should be unnecessary. Our server started strong but dropped the ball at least twice. We were hitting our water pretty hard (it was 115 that day) and she was very slow to bring re-fills. Secondly, I was halfway through my meal before she offered any parmesan cheese. Not good.I left disappointed.

We decided to try this restaurant because it was by our hotel. The menu has a nice variety of appetizers and wine. There are a handful of beers available. We ordered the meatballs to start and we got two large meatballs that were very delicious. They have gluten free pasta in penne and fusilli as well as gluten free pizza crust. Everything we ordered was delicious. There is an adjoining gelateria and the restaurant offers gelato for dessert as well as other Italian desserts.

My husband and I went here for dinner. We shared a pizza and their seasonal salad. Both were excellent. We are both fans of wood fired pizza, and this exceeded our expectations. The salad was also very delicious. To end off the meal, we couldn't say no to their tiramisu. So glad we did as it was amazing. Selection of beer was plentiful which is always a nice perk.We look forward to returning on our next trip down to Scottsdale.
