Firstly, have to check say that the service was excellent from our waiter but the food was disappointing. Decided to have a pizza, which seemed to have tinned mushrooms rather than fresh and not sure how long they were on the pizza for because they didn't show the signs of being in the pizza oven. The pork scallops was not that good, the wine sauce was too winey in my opinion. The cheap and cheerful house wine was reasonable. However, the whole place is dated. The toilets were not good, masking the uncleanliness with some bleach in my opinion. It needs ripping out and starting afresh or properly scrubbing brush around joints of toilet seat etc. Not pleasant. It was an expensive meal but I do question the cleanliness of the place.

This was recommended and booked for us by Hotel Lucrezia, and is the nearest good restaurant to the hotel in a nearby village. We were met and served by a very friendly man, English menus were provided although it had a very local feel. We enjoyed a starter of roasted cheese (casizolu), pasta courses of ravioli with ricotta and gnocchetti campidanese (sausage), then I had my first (of several during our trip) desserts of seadas - curd cheese fried pastries covered with honey!

We ate here a couple of times on our recent visit to Oristano, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pizza was very good, the prices reasonable, and the house wine excellent. Best of all -- the atmosphere. We arrived quite early (after 8:00), and by 9:00 the place had filled up with happy locals -- couples, families, groups of women, groups of men. Staff bustled around, while near the entrance, the pizza-making team slid their pies in and out of the wood burning oven. This is obviously a local favourite, and for good reason. Good evening thanks for the wondwrful review. It is a pleasure. Bye bye

We sat and had cold drinks including a local beer while watching our custom made pizza being cooked. Friendly staff, tasty pizza with some original toppings including a delicious potatoes and sausage option. We were even asked by the chef if the base was done to our liking. The pizzas are huge, filling and the prices reasonable.

We had really bad experience in this place. We ordered hamburger with baked potatoâs. What we got was only a raw hamburger steak with one cherry tomato and few ruccola leaves. It was tasteless and disgusting. We couldnât finish so we complained to a waitress. She told us that it is âItalian hamburgerâ and itâs not McDonald... that was her answer. Of course they wouldnât get us any discount so we paid almost 30⬠for undercooked, tasteless, meet patty. I assume pizza in this place is okay but the service was terrible. We truly can not recommend this place!

Pizzeria e ristorante a gestione familiare
On Sunday evenings, all the restaurants in Oristano were closed, so we wandered into this pizzeria. It was filled with locals-families, large and small groups and people waiting to pick up their pizzas to go.Although the menu wasn't in English and the staff there didn't seem to speak anything but Italian, we were ordered a seafood pasta and a vegetarian pizza. The pasta portion was large and the clams and shrimp tasted like they had just jumped out of the sea. The pizza was also fabulous with slices of grilled eggplant, peppers and zucchini. I could dream about both of these dishes in the future. Definitely try this pizzeria if you are visiting Oristano!!

I never write reviews as i work in the same industry and been running restaurants for a few years in spain, italy and england.Always find sneaky when people leave a restaurant and write a review without telling the issues to the manager or servant... in this occasion i did and the manager told me to write 5 bad reviews if i wanted.1- unorganized table plan for tables booked, long wait2- no explanation or knowledge of menu from the floor staff.3- long wait to order drinks4- food order taken rushed5- long wait for main meal6- main meals at diferent times, my partner already finished when i got my pasta7- nobody checked if we wanted more drinks or if we are happy with the meal8- rushing us out as soon as we finish our meals9- when the bill came £53 for scampi.10- when waitress was "trying" to explain us the bill at least 5 memvers of staff shouted at her for wasting time with us ( they didn't know that i'm fluent in italian)11- we had to queue 10 minutes to pay the bill.12- the manager shouted to my partner when she tried to get an explanation.People maybe recommend this place as is new and the "place to go" but seriously if you are on holiday you respect your family and your pocket avoid this place... will ruin one night of that holiday that you've been looking forward the whole year.â¬35 expent pp just for a main and a soft drink with all the issues above.... really!?

We were recommended this restaurant by a local and were not let down. Although busy the waiters made a table for us after 20 minutes or so. Service and food were very good and reasonably priced. Pizza is the specialty, very good. We ate outside if any irritation it was the amount of mosquitoes but they are every where in Sardegna, remember your repellent!

Quick. Tasty. Open at a good hour. Huge portions. Great service. We got lucky with this gem in our last night in Sardinia.
