Great place. We went a bit late and some tables that had obviously had kids dining were still a bit messy, but the staff is incredibly nice and professional. We started with the antipasto platter and it was great. I had the grilled chicken with mushrooms with a rocket salad and it was all very fresh and wonderful. Pastas were big portioned and perfectly done according to the other diners. Everyone enjoyed this place!

A family-run Italian Restaurant with authentic cuisine and wood-fired pizza! Open all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Available for group bookings.
Great staff very friendly and wanted to be helpful. The food was really nice and served in a good time. We wanted more time before desert and they were accommodating. I had the Calamari then the Calzone finishing with the Creme Brûlée. The decor was nice.

In fairness the staff were very pleasant and when we said our pizza was doughy and the carbonara pasta not the best they apologised and replaced them but sadly still lacked flavour on both dishes. Wouldnât return but they did try

Another lovely visit to this restaurant. Authentic home cooked food and great waiters and atmosphere - the fish choice is always exceptional - my wife and I had the sliced sirloin steak with rocket and balsamic which was lovely - simple ingredients beautifully cooked - we will return !

You will find Clarence brasserie and tearoom in the very heart of Windsor, down the atmospheric cobbled Church Street, just a stoneâs throw away from the gates of Windsor Castle. Throughout the centuries the street and our building have witnessed some of
Five of us had lunch here while visiting Windsor. Surprised it wasn't busier considering the time we were there but we're directed to a table, extended to accommodate us but near the toilets. Never the best location. We did have quite a wait to be served and oddly the drinks came halfway through the meal. Most of us opted for a ham cheese and mushroom crepe which admittedly was very good and full of filling. One of the party decided to gave a Nickerbocker Glory which seemed to take an age to appear considering it didn't appear that busy at this point. For what we gad I did think it was reasonably priced though. Not sure how long you would wait if the place was full.

Went for meal with our visiting daughter. Food was very nice and came fairly quickly. Access in wheel-chair was difficult and could not get to WC. Had to move our car during meal due to workmen on site.

Four of us dined here early on a Friday night before the theatre. At 5.30 it was packed ( good thing we booked) but despite this service was excellent, quick efficient and friendly. We had 2 starters between us from the specials board, and again mains from the specials board. All portions were of a generous size and tasty. We shared 2 deserts - fantastic. For our friends who have a home in Italy the whole experience was excellent. With G&Tâs and wine and coffee came to £200 for the 4 of us. Highly recommended.

We popped in for a quick lunch. Parking was a nightmare and completely blocked up outside. Thankfully the restaurant wasnât busy so we drove around until a space became available. Food wise we really enjoyed the calamari and prawn starter. Everything tasted fresh and was seasoned well. The mains were good too but not as good as the starters, I tried the spaghetti meatball and my partner had a pizza. We were so full we couldnât try desserts as portion size is great. The toilets were a bit dingy and needed light/cleaning. The restaurant had a great ambience and outdoor seating too. 4/5

We were a party of five, and it was a fantastic meal with simple food just cooked, and served to perfection. It was probably one of the best meals I have had. The restaurant had a lovely ambience, and the bill was exceptionally reasonable. Just brilliant.

My friend and I stopped for dinner here a year ago and wanted to go back so decided to go for lunch. As before the service and food was second to none. We both shared a starter and had a pasta main each which was devoured and omg the dessert is the best Iâve had. The tiramisu is just delicious and the chocolate fondant was scrumptious. Canât wait to go back and try the pizza!
