Founded as a take-away pizzeria La Picea also offers a thirty seats (internal and external)It 'also famous for typical food, infact here you can find Farinata (chickpea flat pizza), focaccia al formaggio( typical white pizza), lasagne, vegetable cakes ...
Seems like we were an inconvenience with our waitress with that nasty attitude that italians can sometimes get. It seemed like we were causing her too much work! Unfriendly service. The 'signature pizzas' are pricey in comparison to others on the menu, but I they are good not doubt. The place was busy and I found our pizzas to be cold when delivered by another waiter. I will have to say that the pizza is very good, but with the service and attention that we received.... I can do without that part of the experience and will make me think twice about coming back. I ordered the prize winning Gola Pizza which named as an ingrediente crushed pine nuts.... I saw only a few.

The pizza was cold and staff unhelpful. Very hard to get napkins or plates from staff, we had to ask several times.

Following a determined "I want a pizza" afternoon I decided to try what they had to offer here. Fantastic, freshly made pizza with a cold beer all served with a great smile and obvious enthusiasm by the chef and waiter. Only wish I had stayed in town longer to have another!

This place sells pizza and focaccia. Both are really good. I think the pizza is one of best ones I have had in Italy and it's only margareta. Only problem with the pizza is they make them before ordering. Sometimes pizza can be sold out.

This is a price worthy place with good food and friendly staff. The location is calm and yet central which makes it a good place to stop. Their complimentary bruschetta is amazing

Great for my wife and son to enjoy gluten free pizza: the dough was uncooked in the middle but tasty otherwise. I enjoyed the Romana pizza and we also had some insalda mista and fairly average grilled vegetables plus a decent half litre carafe of table wine. We arrived at 7pm opening time one day and were put on one of the few tables open to the elements which resulted in my wife being crapped on by birds. Given she wasnât sure if any had splashed on the pizza (is that anchovy?) it was unfair and insulting of one of the staff laughing at her.

As soon as this place opens there is a line. It is that good. We were third in line but there was a table we could sit at outside. Alessandrs, was the maitre d' /owner and he couldn't have been nicer. He actually gave us a glass of wine because we had to wait so long. They have an incredible selection of pizza's and it is all stone fired. They also have a selection of things besides pizza. It is small and cozy and arelly good time do not miss this place

La Taverna Friendly Restaurant, great service, friendly staff, high quality cuisine, where you can enjoy excellent fresh fish and seafood.
We tried this restaurant after a recommendation from our hotel. Based on other places we ate, this was just average. They appeared to be understaffed and there was only one waiter responsible for the entire inside portion. It took over 10 minutes to get someone to notice us and put in a drink order. Then at least another 5 to 10 minutes to get our drinks (just a draft beer and a spritz). We ordered 4 oysters which I donât recommend. They were very small and my husband and I both felt queasy later in the evening after eating. We both had the spaghetti with seafood in aluminum packet. It was ok but limited amounts of seafood compared to other places we ate. In summary, there are better places to eat in the area.
