This beautiful restaurant located very near Bologna, has as specialties, dishes from seafood. Starting with the delicious seafood starters and continuing with lobster-spaghetti or any other option than fish one wants and in combination with very good wine and tapentanostima desserts (try the tiramisu) pass pleasantly.However delicious traditional pizzas is amazing and delicious pastas and meats without spending a lot of money because the prices are cheap. I've visited many times and I've tasted almost everything and highly recommend it.

I'm not sure how I stumbled on this restaurant, it was through trip advisor where when I scrolled (and scrolled) down the reviews all I could see were 5 star reviews in Italian and some yummy looking pictures. We went for dinner but looking at the garden it looks like it would have been gorgeous for lunch. We got lost from the airport and had the most hectic 2 hours before arriving and we were so scared the kitchen would close - we got there 10 minutes before it did and they were so accommodating they made it feel like it was 8pm. Attentive and passionate service. The food: greeted with a basket of freshly baked warm bread- beautiful. then a muse bouche of bacon bread and some cheese fondue- rich, fresh, and you could taste the quality. Then the foie gras (home made, like everything else they serve) was one of the best we ever had. It's clear that the chef is a master baker (foie gras was served with a brioche style bread). Another highlight was the violet gnocchi with prawns. The flavour of that sauce and the sweetness of the prawns combined with the gnocchi was crazy good. We also shared the duck which was the stand out for me. Normally by the time the 3rd course comes my hunger is almost gone and I'm not as inspired as the first bite. The duck with pumpkin and balsamic cherries was so good we ate it like it was our first plate! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the flavour was so generous and well studied, we were so impressed. To end I decided to have the cheese platter - super nice but again there was a homemade surprise - a 'seed' cracker? not sure what to call it but it was so clever and so well done. The Wine also very good. My only note to the owner is to rethink the decor, better more comfy chairs, and to put art that is larger and more bold on the wall. For such educated food it would be nice to see that flair translate to the environment as well. Highly recommend!

Locale ubicato nella zona pedonale di Imola, una traversa della vecchia via Emilia, per fortuna c'è l'insegna, diversamente sarebbe poco visibile. All'interno l'arredamento è sobrio e un po' retrò. L'accoglienza è cordiale. Il menù è molto ricco anche di piatti di pesce !!! Io ho ordinato dei garganelli alla zingara, buoni e gustosi, l'unico neo se posso permettermi, sono i pezzetti di cipolla contenuti nel sugo, troppo grandi !!! Mia moglie ha preso una cotoletta, buona, non troppo unta, non era, come a volta capita precotta.Anche i contorni che abbiamo preso erano buoni ed assortiti. Abbiamo terminato con una zuppa inglese, fatta in casa, buona, mi ha riportato indietro nel tempo, ai dolci della nonna. Cosa utile, che non tutti i ristoratori offrono, le bottiglie di vino da 0.375, buon compromesso tra un calice di vino ed una bottiglia. Prezzo direi buono, visto che i contorni costano 4,00 Euro ed il dolce 3,50 Euro. In questo locale fanno anche la pizza, bisognerà tornare per assaggiarla.

Ho cenato in pizzeria durante un soggiorno in paese. Buona scelta di pizze, servizio veloce, personale disponibile. Un pochino insipido l'impasto, pizza nella norma, prezzi convenienti.

Occasionalmente a pranzo in questo locale che si è rivelato un'ottima scoperta, consigliatissimo il primo piatto di spaghettone con il sugo di polipetti, il locale è datato e pulito, personale gentile che ha offerto una bruschetta di intrattenimento, prezzi nella norma, buona esperienza.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Although far from the typical touristic routes, if you can stretch your visit until there it'll pay off the effort. Half an hour from Bologna and Ferrara (it's actually in between the two cities) the restaurant does not look fancy, but it offers a wide variety of fish of the highest quality and perfectly cooked. From the fried to the baked, from pasta to the mussels soup (please try that!) everything is so delicious that you'll want to return a second and a third time (my family and I come back for every birthday or family reunion)Don't expect the most high class of service but rather a friendly chat with the waiters (who rarely speak English unfortunately) that will make your meal even more enjoyable.

Ci sono stata varie volte, il posto è grandino e d'estate c'è anche posto fuori, servizio professionale e veloce, la pizza davvero super! Da provare i vari impasti, ho trovato tutto sempre molto digeribile, Davvero super la pizza tirata!!! Buona la selezione delle birre.Pizzeria consigliata, è diventata la nostra preferita.
