We have been here a few times and always been greeted with a warm welcome from the very pleasant husband and wife team.The pizza is freshly made and baked in a wood oven.The husband and wife team do speak English which was really helpful to us and they really care about there business and try and make you feel comfortable and at home
We order our pizzas here because we know what we are getting and we also recommend them to our clients. They deliver with a smile and are always friendly. Sometimes the pizzas are a bit overcooked underneath but we now simply ask for them to be less well cooked underneath.

We love the pizza's from Pizza Malia. It is even better now that there are chairs and tables inside and we can eat off plates, not cardboard boxes. Drinks are self service from the fridge, a novelty, but everything else is served like in a restaurant.We like the rustic look of the renovated space.

Great pizza place in a lovely little town. Homemade bases , great selection of toppings and very fresh...they will even deliver to your gite! Very friendly service and reasonable prices (â¬8.50-â¬12.50)..one pizza big enough to share. Great for an easy, non expensive meal. Well done!

My wife and I first discovered le Patio du Vallon in 1999 when we had just arrived jet lagged and hungry at a house we were renting just outside of Merindol and while walking through the very quite village we heard noise from a second floor terrace, le Patio, and shared a marvelous pizza and a carafe of wine in a very pleasing setting. We return to Merindol in June and September each year, and our first dinner is always a pizza and a carafe at le Patio. Then, over the course of our two weeks stays, we will eat at le Patio at least 2 or three more times because the chef's talents extend well beyond pizzas. He also makes the best lasagna that we have ever eaten, actually two varieties, bolognaise which my wife prefers and "lasagna brouse", with eggplant, that I prefer,he makes a very good cannelloni, and he makes terrific deserts. And the prices are reasonable to the extreme.
