Large restaurant affiliated to hotel with great views of the lake.Unfortunately the impression is that people will visit for the views regardless of the service and food.It was lunchtime and the place wasnât full. We had to ask to order and ask again for the drinks to be brought. Rude, grumpy staff who couldnât care less.We asked repeatedly to pay and then started walking out waving credit card before they took any notice. They could see we wanted to leave but for some reason just ignored us.Food ok but service really not up to scratch. Not a place to visit again.

This is a little place that looks like it just has take out. But they have some little tables inside. After lots of big meals over the last week, we were looking for just a drink and something quick. We had drinks, foccacia, and gelato. All excellent. Perfect.

The service was fairly average, found the food to be ok but nothing special, there weren't many diners so was surprised when the waiter told me that they'd ran out of my choice of main course.Think that if we'd walked a bit further might have done better.

Like many of the reviewers we also weren't sure about eating here but very glad we did. Lovely friendly staff, admittedly a bit pushed one night it was exceedingly busy, but they were very apologetic. Food was wonderful and very reasonable priced. Good, honest pizza and pasta. House wine was also very affordable (perhaps a little too much of that sampled) but would recommend for dinner or lunch. Whilst I will admit there may have been the occasional ding similar to a microwave I can't say for certain it was, and it if it was used I can only imagine it was to warm up some of the sauces. Actually probably the hottest plates of food I had in Limone. No obvious signs of anything else being microwaved. Will be back on next visit to Limone.

If so, Enjoy the the Lake slide road with tunnels cut into the mountains that take you directly to this charming little village. Lots of off road parking and a lovey charming very well maintained trattoria. We selected a little table outside but under the veranda. We ordered Penne arribiatta and Pizza tonno allowing my wife and I to have a little of each; little is the wrong word- huge portions ;-) We selected a glass of house red each too. The service was friendly and efficient with no fuss. The waitresses just wanted to ensure each guest had what they desired without fuss and unnecessary distraction. The kitchen team also very happy to offer guidance if needed and if you wanted something special or off the extensive menu. This would have been no trouble. If your staying at Lake Garda and want great fresh food at very reasonable prices then visit and I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

We visited on a trip to the town and wanted a light lunch as we were having a four course evening meal in our hotel in the evening. The waiter was happy for us to order a pizza to divide between the two of us. We also ordered coffees.

Situated in a lovely panoramic area in the upper part of Limone sul Garda, it reopens the "Spaghetti Haus, the historic local of the upper Garda. In addition to different types of spaghetti (our specialty) we have seconds of meat and fish plus pizzeria.

There is a hardcore climbing awaiting you if you go there by foot, but the location is amazing!!! The view is unforgetable!As for the food, they have pasta for every taste, seafood and pizza.On the minus side, we had a reservation through TripAdvisor and TheFork which was supposed to give us a 20% discount, but we did not receive it. TheFork management were nice enough to ask for the bill and now they are investigating what went wrong.

We went here one evening based on tripadvisor recommendations. The food was reasonable but the service was rubbish. We had a starter which came out quickly and then it seemed like the restaurant forgot our mains!!! We ordered pizza as that was what was recommended which was good but it took an hour for it to come out to us. The waiters seems to ignore us but locals who came in got served straight away and had come and gone by the time we got served. They did not apologise at all for the delay. To be honest if you are in Limone the restaurant Bella Vista has really good pizza and is a lot more of a destination as is water side. Sorry Tovo but you lead a lot to be desired and there are so many better places.

We stopped by for dinner and quickly realised we should have booked as we had to wait for a table. Even though it was busy the waiter greeted us enthusiastically and after a while opened the tables inside which were still lovely. We both had fillet steak which was delicious and well cooked. Ordered some fries and a salad, all washed down with some delicious wine and rounded off with a coffee. Fabulous - highly recommended!

Food, service, location....all perfect. We choose the salmon and the pasta with fish and everything was fine. The location with the view over the lake is breathtaking. Go there and enjoy. Better make a reservation a day before to get a good spot outside with the view.
