Only visited because my Italian friends said it was the best food and always used it.Restaurant area looks basic but made up for with the warm family welcoming and super fresh food. Very good value.

La pizza è ottima cotta in forno a legna abbondante nel condimento birra alla spina ottimo dal sapore di chiodo di garofano .Il posto poco curato un po anni 70. Il ragazzo che ha preso l'ordine semplicemente stupendo veloce e attento!! Tornerò molto volentieri

Tutto sommato è un locale nella media, dove tornare per trascorrere una serata in compagnia. Abbiamo mangiato una buona pizza e speso un prezzo giusto. Il personale è gentile e i dolci erano buoni.

We keep returning to this place, it is very relaxed with good parking facilities, kids play area and wonderful views across the valley. Try their pizzas, seafood pasta, but Il Corsaro is best.

Siamo tornati in questa pizzeria dopo più di un anno e..... qualcosa é migliorato e qualcosa no.Hanno apportato delle piccole modifiche al locale, sempre ben tenuto e pulito, hanno aggiunto molte pietanze al menù e migliorata la qualità della pizza, bella croccante e ricca di ingredienti.I dolci invece scarseggiano, non hanno nulla di che. Ciò che invece non abbiamo trovato migliorato proprio per niente é stato il conto finale. I prezzi delle pizze sono abbastanza altini, ma la cosa che ci ha lasciati più esterrefatti é vedere che una bottiglia di acqua minerale da 0.75 cl costa ben quattro euro... Sinceramente ci é sembrato veramente esagerato.Un'altra cosa che purtroppo non è cambiata é il fatto che non si riesce a dialogare in santa pace, rimbomba tutto e per farsi sentire bisogna urlare, si riesce dal locale storditi e con la testa che scoppia.

My friends, Nick, Dave and I visited this restaurant on arrival in Lanciano as it was Nick’s favourite from his previous visits.It was a trek from the hotel we were staying at so when we arrived I was absolutely starving and really looking forward to whatever was on the menu.The place was starting to get quite busy but we were seated quickly and served without delay by friendly and helpful staff. The dining area overlooks the kitchen and grills so there were fantastic aromas of delicious barbecued meats and oven baked pizzas tempting us from the start.We opted for the bruschetta and skewers and they were absolutely delicious. Nick suggested a ridiculously high number of skewers between us but I have to say, once we had started to tuck in, it was really difficult to stop and we ordered seconds to help wash down the really tasty local beers which complimented the different flavours.By the time we finally left, full to bursting, the place was absolutely heaving with many families including children and best of all it was great food and even better value for money.

So great we ate there 3 times out of a 5 day stay in Lanciano.A family run restaurant. Try the pasta alla chittara the pizza the meat dishes oh and get a bottle of Moltepulciano di Abbuzzo wine.Excellent food. Great people. Very easy on your Euro's.Qui si mangiare bene!

We are lucky to get a seat without reservation as it was fully booked by the locals. We love the truffle pasta, broccoli spaghetti & lemon chicken. The white wine is awesome!
