New favorite in Kalmar. A bit off city center but really nice pizzas and salads. I can recommend the Avocado salad - lots of fresh lettuce, avocado and shrimps. Sparta also have gluten free pizzas, kebab and hamburgers.

Riktigt proffskök. Smakade bäst av hittills testade 5 pizzerior i Kalmar. 6 personer i arbete. Rena löpande bandet. Telefon går varm och kö framför kassan för att beställa och hämta. Betyder att jag inte är ensam om mitt beröm.

Bästa pizzorna i Kalmar finns här och supertrevlig personal! Synd att det är semesterstängt i juli. Ãven deras sallad är kanon. Brukar gÃ¥ hit och ta dagens och det brukar vara ganska mÃ¥nga kunder dÃ¥.

There are thing main things that makes a restaurant good. The atmophere, the service and the food.Been to this restaurant several times and it meets my fully expectations.The meat is perfect and served in a very good way. The owner himself is walking around at the tables and suggests a matching wine to the dish and makes sure the guests are comfortable.

The pizza is really tasty. The staff is always very friendly and easygoing. Some of the pizzas are named after the children in the family, wich i think is cute. The interior is what you can expect from a pizzeria: nothing more, nothing less. Always around 10 minutes to get the food. Great!

Close to a small food court with Max hamburger and Subway. Pizzapalatset is one of the better pizza places in town and but I would say that the city isn´t famed for excellent pizzas.

I had seen the mixed reviews on this place and opted to give it shot anyway...only to walk away VERY disappointed. I had a pasta dish that was probably the most over cooked dish. The pasta was crunchy hard (seriously!!) and had a hard crust over the top. It was clearly a case where the dish was under the broiler for too long. A good place would have tossed it, told me they were going to redo my main, and then served me something that wasn't so tasteless. It was supposed to have sausage, but it was the equivalent of the meat you get in canned spaghetti and meatballs.Had it not been so late and I was tired, I would have sent the dish back to have they try again.This place has nice staff, good location and interesting decor, but LACKS good food.I didn't find it in any guide books (LP or Rick Steves), which might explain it.
