The title summarizes basically the experience. This is the proper way of preparing a pizza, 3 day dough fermentation on a scorching oven for a minute or so. I tried the simplest pizza the margarita with buffalo mozzarella and it was heavenly. The flavors that have developed are unique ans complex. Highly recommended! Very nice ambience and friendly stuff.

Small and with no interest place. No wifi.We went after trip advisor review but really i will not visit again. Bad caprese salad with little basil and balsamico. Pasta was not "al dente".Tiramisu very good. I ll find something better next time

This is a very popular local restaurant that is located right on Eifelplatz, just round the corner from the Airbnb we stayed at. The setting was wonderful and the service was excellent. I am guessing the food is almost universally appreciated too, however, the pizza rustica that my wife and I both ordered was way too dry and too salty for our taste. I really would have liked more tomato sauce on the pizza and also more toppings. As it was, the pizza was way too simple in my opinion.Now I understand that the proprietor would probably defend his pizzas as authentic. And they probably are, based on the various trips to Napoli Iâve made over the years. But to this troglodyte, I would like more sauce and more toppings. Mi scusi!

This is a great Italian restaurant with tasty food. You need to book in advance. There is a wide range of pizzas, great starters and pasta. It is quite loud and sometimes hard to follow a conversation. For some reason they accept cash only which is unexpected and inconvenient in modern times.

Wir waren jetzt zum wiederholten mal bei Adriano. Das Lokal ist recht einfach eingerichtet und erinnert ein wenig an eine Taverne im Süden. Aber das ist auch absolut zweitrangig denn die Pizzen sind einfach ein Gedicht. Egal welche man sich aussucht, Boden und Belag sind Spitze. Der Service ist nett und zuvorkommend.

The restaurant offers pizzas and Italian dishes.Decoration and table decoration of LâOsteria Hürth give the spacious restaurant a pleasant ambiance. Cuisine is good but far from exquisite. Staffs are friendly and service is adequate.We came on a weekday and the place was busy. In the large kitchen chefs were busy with pizzas and other dishes. Wir waren nun zum zweiten mal hier und können nur sagen klasse. Netter Service, der einem auch mal etwas erklärt, wenn man fragt. Wir fragten nach der Melanzane, die wir leider erst zu spät auf der Karte entdeckten. Die Mitarbeiterin erklärte uns den Auberginenauflauf so, dass einem das Wasser im Munde zusammen lief und sie kam dabei ins schwärmen, dass es ihr Lieblingsgericht sei, genau so wie sie es von zu Hause von ihrer Oma kenne... . Wir waren beeindruckt. Unsere Zwiebelsuppe - ein Gedicht mit geröstetem WeiÃbrot und überbackenem Käse ... und die Pizza ... einfach himmlisch italienisch. Das Restaurant ist von innen sehr schön, modern und trotzdem gemütlich und geschmackvoll renoviert - mehr als man von auÃen erwartet. Super - wir kommen wieder, immer wenn wir in Hürth sind!
