The roots of the Grisanti culinary tradition date to 1505 in Valdottavo, an Italian village near Lucca. My great-grandfather, Rinaldo Grisanti, emigrated from northern Italy in 1909 in pursuit of the American Dream. Arriving at Ellis Island with little mo
The menu for food and wine was extensive, offering what would seem something for everyone. We were a group of six and were seated at a booth which was very nice though the booth by us was VERY loud so it was difficult to hear when we were first seated. Two salads were ordered and both the Caesar and the wedge were very fresh and flavorful. The beef and filets were cooked as requested and quite tender. The Gorgonzola fillet didn't seem to have much cheese. The tortellini was very good but not as plentiful as hoped. The saltimbocca was spot on. The service was pleasant but could have been more attentive during the meal for refills of drinks and bread.

New York style pizza, giant pizza slices, calzones, pastas, salads, soups, piadina flatbread sandwiches, fresh pastas, gluten free pasta, gluten free pizza, beer, wine, desserts, kids menu, New York cheesecake. At Russo's New York Pizzeria, we're inspired
Ever since Grimaldi's closed in Germantown, we've been looking for a good pizza restaurant with atmosphere. We were in the area and decided to give Russo's a try for lunch. The decor is pleasant and we were seated immediately. Our server arrived in a minute to take drink orders and ask if we had any questions regarding the lunch menu. I noticed they had a whopping 14" slice of pizza with any toppings you wanted for I think it was $5.99. I added a salad. I had high hopes when the salad and foccoccia bread was brought out. Both were delicious. Then my pizza slice arrived. Meh! I'm not a big fan of NY style pizza or folding it in half to eat it. I prefer my crust to be thin and crispy, but was willing to give it a try. I ordered pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives and anchovies. I expected the usual 2-3 anchovies, but got 10! Now, I love anchovies, but this was overpowering. All I tasted was the fish. I ended up picking most of them off. The sauce wasn't anything to write home about either. Their dinner menu showed variety, however, I'm not sure I'd go back. If the food is just so-so, I'm not likely to repeat.

We were visiting friends nearby and decided to have pizza. Rather than go out we looked for a place that delivered. I enjoy supporting local places rather than the fast food type cardboard tasting places like PJ. They offer delivery and you can order online from a very extensive menu. They offer an easy way to customize your order to your preference. You can even get something on just 1/2 of a pie. We ordered an extra large Deep Dish; Regular; Pizza Sauce; Garlic; Pepperoni; Bacon; Mushrooms; Onions; 2ND HALF: Italian Sausage. It was very easy to complete the order and set up payment. The order arrived hot and was absolutely delicious. Deep Dish Pizza Like It Should Be It was a great choice.

We serve artisan pizza, salads, pasta, grinders & burgers with fresh, local ingredients paired with our own microbrewery! Don't miss BRUNCH every Saturday & Sunday!
This was our first time since they moved, not from their previous location, but the one before that when they were on Ridgeway. It seems like they've changed to a less flavorful dough recipe. We really enjoyed it last time. It was OK this time, but with a bland dough, the experience wasn't a good as we remembered. We ordered the USA! USA! and the Get Lift'd. The best thing that they have going for them is the beef pepperoni. Nobody else seems to have that. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and even made right something we ordered wrong at no extra charge.

Hotel staff recommended this place, and we are glad they did. A busy Friday, but no problem with service at all. We split a greek salad, and small pizza with our choice of toppings. Nice draft beer (as well as non-alcoholic beer) available here. Highly recommended!

Of all the high-profile pizza joints around, Marco's is the best we've tried. In fact, since we've discovered Marco's, we eat more pizza now than we used to...for better of worse! Steaming hot, delivered ultra-fast!

We used to eat here when our kids were little. It was the "go-to" place after soccer, T-ball, or baseball. We had many a "sports banquet" in the back room. It was easy since they had a pizza buffet and what kid doesn't eat pizza. My husband and I ate here today with a group of other adults for lunch. Now I see why the place is popular with families. The food is the kind only a kid could love. My husband ate from the buffet. The pizza was okay, but the pasta dishes tasted like they came from a can (think Chef Boy-ar-dee). I ordered a reuben sandwich. It came with no dressing and was extremely dry. I managed to flag down a waiter who brought a packet of dressing - a bright red French dressing instead of the traditional Thousand Island. Not only was the dressing not what I was expecting, it was pretty awful tasting anyway. There was only one girl manning the front counter where orders were placed, so I was glad to be able to find anyone to help me with the dressing. There may be some other items on the menu that I would have liked, but there are too many other restaurants nearby who serve a similar menu with a much higher quality of food and service.
