Things to do in Georgetown
My husband and I just moved to Georgetown about a month ago and stumbled across this Pizza Hut while trying to familiarize ourselves with the city. The decor is great, very comfortable. The restaurant was clean and the server was very friendly. They have new flavor of pizza, so we decided to try the pretzel piggy. It was amazing! It was a hand tossed pretzel crust with a creamy Parmesan garlic sauce, hardwood smoked bacon, fresh mushrooms and fresh spinachâflavored up a balsamic sauce drizzle. There are so many new and unique flavors to try that mu hubby can't wait to go back!

Ate lunch here on Feb. 15th as we were at a Professional Development Class close by. The ladies I was with suggested this place as it "has a great pizza buffet". We arrived about 11:30 and there were a few people there. The lettuce for the salad looked wilted and was brown around the edges. There were only a few options for toppings. The red dressing was good. The pizzas were cold. I tried 4 different ones and only one of the slices was slightly warm (it was sitting directly under the heat lamp). In the 45 minutes we were there, no additional pizzas were brought out. The dessert pizza was cold and hard ( 9 pieces when we came in and 3 side pieces remained when we left with no more in sight.)

We ordered dominoes for a date night in. We were impressed with how fresh and hot the pizza was for delivery and it tasted just as delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant if your looking to have a night in.
On a Wednesday evening I ordered a large specialty pizza online for pick-up that cost ~$16. I first searched the WEB and found a half price coupon and it was accepted. I ordered the pizza with light sauce and well done and it was ready in 15 minutes as I ordered it. OTOH, the toppings were rather light but for $8 I guess I shouldn't complain.
I was excited that Georgetown was getting a new restaurant that wasnât a chicken restaurant. I ordered the MOD special. An 11 inch pizza with any number of toppings for around $8.00. It was very good and made quickly. There was a line when I got there but it moved quickly. The thin crust was perfect and the rest was as good. Highly recommended.
Lunch with a friend was a lovely experience here. Comfy but classy pub atmosphere in an inviting old building on Main Street. Rolling Oven pizza and apps in yummy and very generous portions - you order near the back for a great opportunity to check out the impressive pizza oven. 20 beers make for a great selection and the Old Foam brews are very good - sampled several, including an IPA that I liked (rare for me). List of beer cocktails, Iâll try one next time. This could become a fave!
We have gone to this location three times since moving here and every time has been super fast, pizza has been fresh and hot, and employees friendly. Even when they had a line all the way out to the road we were amazed at how quickly they serviced everyone.

I love the pizza grinder and have eaten here several times. It is pretty expensive and tends to be cold sometimes like they are rushing. There are usually people standing in line to sit so they probably are. The food is good though.

My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. We were totally blown away by the food. I had Linguine ala Carbonara and my wife had the Chicken Marsala. Both were exquisite. The marinara that came with the house bread was the best Iâve ever had. Period! The salads were very good. Our server is the daughter of the mother/father and she did a great job. Though Formaggio is 30 mins away from home, we plan on being regulars.

Award Winning Pizza. Full service with daily Happy Hour. Full menu with Pizza, Pasta, Burgers, Salads, Subs,Fish,Appetizers. Great Wine and Beer Selection, full bar.
This was our first time at Fatkats and we really enjoyed the experience. There was about 15 in our party and the service was perfect. Our drinks were filled on time and out waitress was very attentive. We had the margarita pizza and it was excellent. Their crust is very good and the toppings are super fresh. Keep in mind when going here... this is not Dominos. They have lots of specialty pizzas and you pay accordingly. It's worth it!. If you are taking the family and are budget minded.... there are plenty of basic pizza options that are very reasonably priced. Next time we are in town.... We will be back. Thank you so much for your very kind review. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know we did a good job. I will make sure the staff sees your message. Hope to see you again soon.
