Our favourite place to get pizza in town. Got the Godzilla deal this time...2XL pizzas with 3 toppings each and 2 dips, for $19.99. Pizza was ready quick. Wasn't busy this evening at 8pm. Tastes delicious and feeds a family of 4 for 3 days.

Had read some reviews on the local Georgetown restaurants before coming to a conference there this past weekend. Was in the mood for some authentic, homemade pizza and had remembered reading a great review on here about a pizzeria. When my GPS gave me the option for King Pizza, I was sure that was the place. WRONG. The smoke and grease smell was so strong when I walked in the door, and there was a haze over the entire place. I was in a hurry, so asked in advance of ordering how long a single small pizza would take, and was told no more than 20 minutes. I thought that was reasonable, so I placed my order and left to run a quick errand and returned at the time I was told to. My pizza had not even been started at my pick up time! Had I not been made to pay up front when I ordered, I would have walked out and told them to forget it. The staff were polite enough, but incredibly disorganized and didn't look to be in a hurry to do much of anything. All in all, I had to wait 45 minutes for a single, 6-slice pizza. By the time I got back to my hotel with the pizza, it was already cold and ended up being tasteless. I threw away most of it. Severely disappointed. Even more disappointed in myself for not checking Trip Advisor on my phone to see that the place I REALLY wanted to go to (Royal Pizzeria), was only a few blocks down the road! Won't make that mistake again!
Pizza slices are small, and owner will up charge you every chance that he gets.Example:If he's run out of pepperoni, he won't offer the next slice up (I.e. Canadian) and honour the pepperoni price as a gesture of goodwill.Example:Marinara sauce on Panzerotti is extra. This is a basic item - native to the Panzerotti - and not a dipping sauce.Avoid if you can, and go to a pizza place that actually appreciates (and earns) your business.
We have tried a few different pizza places, but by far, the pizza from Dominos is the best. I order on line, check out the coupons, and always find a great deal. It is ready by the time we are there to pick it up. We have never been disappointed, our pizza is always delicious.

This is usually our go-to pizza place as I like the option for multi-grain thin crust. We called toppers on thursday night at about 1140pm. Unsure of the closing time, we placed an order for delivery and were told it would be about 40 minutes. At about 1215pm we called and the girl at the call centre informed us that she was very sorry but the Georgetown location closed at 11pm. We were shocked that someone would actually do that, and we wished that we had gotten his name as after my boyfriend hung up from ordering he had stated "wow that guy hates his life". But we really didn't think that he would place an order without calling us back to tell us we would never get itâ¦.. Anyways the girl was very nice when we called back and she offered us a $30 credit. We used it on friday night as we were really craving pizza at that point and we placed a large order for $80. We asked for thin crust for every pizza and only got it for one. So needless to say we are pretty disappointed in the service we have gotten for our last two orders. We are going to call and let them know that they screwed it up again just so they are in the know. But not sure if we will continue to use Toppers :(

Unfortunately I have never eaten in this restaurant so I can't comment on it. I do however use it for takeout. We have the veal parmesan on a regular basis. It is a really good meal and they give you lots of garlic toast to go with it. We also have their pizza which is very good. We have been using Royal Pizza regularly for over 30 years and it is one of our regulars. I never hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Hubby and I wanted to try something new in the area and found this little place. Called for a reservation and got a confirmation back. However upon arrival for our reservation they didn't have it in the book, thankfully I saved the voicemail and let them listen. Anyway hubby was quite frustrated and wanted to leave...I said lets give it a try. It appeared as though we upset their whole reservation system by showing up. The one server seemed quite aloof and annoyed about it but the other girl (short blonde hair) was lovely and apologetic. We ordered a starter and our meals, everything came out quite quickly, which is a good / bad thing. Depending on how you like to dine. I like to take my time and enjoy my evening. Both our meals were delish, love the homemade pasta, probably one of the best homemade pastas Ive had in a long time. Even the Penne and spaghetti was made from scratch. However, we had the feeling of being rushed because of a reservation mix up seemed to hang in the air or that was the feeling we got. While we were there, two young girls appeared looking for a table, with no reservations and they quickly and easily accommodated them. Well this did not sit well with the hubby given the kerfuffle with our lost reservation. Anyway all said and done, the food was delicious our server was truly wonderful and gracious. The place is very tiny and seems to be missing something we couldn't put our finger on...maybe some ambience or warmth?? I would like to go back but don't want to be rushed through our meal. Our server should be commended for her professionalism , what a lovely person!Thank you so much for your feedback. We are very appreciative of it. As we strive to please and make the best experience for our customers. I apologize for reservation as this should never of happened. I will address the person who took the reservation and hopefully can learn from this experience. As this doesnât usually happen. Regarding the two young girls getting a table promptly without reservations. It was because the original reservation for that table didnât show up. We gave them a half an hour to arrive. So fortunately the two girls got lucky to get a table. The reason I know this is I am the girl with the short blonde hair, the owner:) I am so happy you enjoyed your meals. I really hope you will come back to get just as good of a dining experience if not better!!! Thanks again for understanding as it truly means a lot to us here at The Bridgewood. Take care!
