We eat out a lot, I'm embarrassed to even admit how often. We have visited this particular Unos location probably a dozen times in the last year and the last two visits have been horrible. First, the restaurant has been understaffed both times, with many tables empty, but about a 20-30 minute wait to be seated. Then once seated, the waiting continues. 20 minutes to get drinks (and only get it after you remind the waitress...) over an hour to get a burger. Note to the owner or manager, make sure you have adequate staff, especially on a holiday when you know people will be more likely to eat out.
I normally don't get pizza out, and never from a chain, as my wife makes a dynamite pizza at home. However, I had some young folks doing a bit of a roof repair and decided to provide a lunch for them. Presto Pizza is literally right around the corner so I called in and ordered a large w/extra cheese and a large pepperoni. They were coming out of the oven just when promised and the guys behind the counter couldn't have been nicer. The pizzas were both very good, and the extra cheese was really extra. Definitely will go back.

I had a nice salad on the patio. They also have seating inside. Very friendly service and good food, worth a trip.
Little Caesars pizza chains are few and far between in Massachusetts and I was happy to know they was one close to where my friend lived in Fitchburg. Although the main purpose to visit Fitchburg was not to come here for dinner, it was well worth the drive to find this at my destination. The pizza here has been consistently good for me and an extremely great value for $5 for a large pepperoni pizza. Lastly, if you had teenagers who eat like mine, make sure to buy them their own pizza. You can't go wrong for $5.Also, there is no seating inside so you'll have to eat this elsewhere AND call in your order ahead of time.

We ate here for supper twice. The first time we had pizza & calzone. The second visit cheeseburger and ribs. The cheeseburger was excellent- hand formed patty, fresh baked bun and all dressing was quality. Their menu selection is vast, just about anything you are hungry for, they have it. The service was good, the help were all friendly.

The food at GWL really over priced and cold and absolutely no taste. Did a google search and found Zedas. Took a chance on a couple of pizzas, burrito,,garlic bread and rice pilaf.Pizzas were under 10 dollars for a small...9.95, under 10, i know. Really tasty.Burrito was about 8 and REALLLLLLY FILLING. it was bursting at its seams.Garlic bread was mediocre but tasty. I would stay away from the rice pilaf, just didnt like it.They do charge for delivery, nominal.Over all experiance, GOOD FOOD.

On recommendation from a friend, came here for dinner. It did not disappoint. Excellent mussels appetizer. My friends got the pizza and they said it was great, especially the crust. My husband got a pasta dish, also great. My Italiano sandwich was very good, but I didn't ask for it to be grilled. Excellent service and ambiance. We will be back.

Unfortunately we tried one of our neighborhood pizzerias we haven't tried in quite some time. We ordered a pizza (fortunately small) because somewhere on line it was stated the pizza sauce is "sweet." Well, it may be sweet but it is almost non-existent! If it weren't for the tomatoes I ordered on the ZA, it would have been impossible to eat. Stingy on the cheese and sausage as well. The best part of their pizza is the crust. The antipasto salad was nothing but iceburg lettuce, a couple slices of tomato, cuke rounds not cut in half, no olives, as promised, and no pepperocini (also as confirmed). The homemade dressing (house) was pretty good, but when they said they use Bologna on antipasto, we figured, well, not the best, but we're hungry. Lousy! Disappointing. The baklava is the worst we ever tasted. There are a half dozen other average pizza places within a couple miles, don't bother with this place.Sorry to say.

Average Italian grinder. Tasted good, but a bit skimpy on the meats. Have had pizza and toasted grinders on past visits and they were excellent.

If you like sweet sauce this is the pizza for you. It was said long ago that they put tang in their sauce. I don't know what they do but it is delicious pizza!!!!!
