Ristorante e Pizzeria dall'aspetto molto caratteristico. Si sviluppa su tre piani come un antico "Cassero" ferrarese. La cucina propone piatti tipici ferraresi ed altri rivisitati. La pizza si presenta più alta, simile, come aspetto, alla napoletana, ma d
Finding a good place to eat Sunday afternoon lunch in Ferrara turned out to be a bit of challenge, as several other establishments we had wanted to try were already full. We wandered by here, it was pretty empty, but we took a chance. Good move! The food was quite tasty, the prices decent, and the hardworking staff made it an enjoyable experience. Halfway through our meal, it was completely filled up. I guess other diners knew exactly what they were doing.

It is not a normal pizza! No, this is special and is specific from ferrara. Everything is homemade and is not going to taste like any other pizza you had before. Not to much choice, but this is part of the game. The place has a long tradition and you should NEVER tell ferrarese people you don't like that pizza. If you decede to go there despite all, be ready to wait in long line for at least 30-40min. It's gonna be worthy. We are always glad, when we read this kind of reviews. Itâs a great pleasure for us.Thank you so much for visiting, I hope to see you soon.Matteo Orsucci

What a great experience. Wonderful local dishes, great service and very reasonable price. The budino was an adventure with a happy ending. In addition we had the Tris--a trio of items including my favorites tagliatelle with mushrooms and a pasta stuffed with pumpkin and in a venison ragu. If you arrive before 8PM on a weekday we found available seating but by 9PM when the locals eat dinner the restaurant was full.

The "Robin Hood" Pizzeria is located in the suburbs of Ferrara, exactly in Viconovo. Pizzeria with wood-burning oven where our Pizzas are cooked. The ingredients we choose for our products are of the highest quality and are carefully evaluated by the owne
We ate here as a family using Groupon discount vouchers. Often this means poor service or limited availability or worse. Not so here! The 'maxi antipasto' consisted of a vast platter of delicious mixed bruschette and a tray of fried vegetable strips. A pizza was also offered 'on the house'. When the main event (tigelle) arrived, with a selection of cheeses, masses of salumi and splendid sauces, we were already replete! Then there were the delicious desserts (a choice of cheesecakes including caramel(!), tiramisù, tenerina chocolate cake and others). Add to all this a glass of prosecco, a bottle of wine between two, mineral water, lemoncello/amaro and coffee, and this has to be the best value in Italy. The service was quick, polite and cheery. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone with a hearty appetite who doesn't mind going out of town a bit to eat!

Good pizza. I asked for artichoke and spicy salami and they piled on the artichoke, which I appreciated very much! Kind staff, but keep in mind this place does close an extra day per week compared to other restaurants in Ferrara.

Five of us visited at 7:30 for dinner. We needed to attend a concert at 9:00. We ordered five different pizzas with beers. There is a large round pizza oven there and our pizzas came promptly. I ordered the tricolore and it was great. The list of available pizzas was very long and it included all of the traditional configurations. Everyone enjoyed the pizzas.

This small family run restaurant is situated near the station of Ferrara, not the most beautiful part of the city BUT what it lacks with respect to the setting is more than made up for by the quality of the food. So if you find yourself around lunch-time near the train station, instead of just making do with the usual snack why not enjoy some traditional style cooking served in an original way. Very good quality price ratio,

We had a chance to take a late lunch. What I was really glad to see is that the place is frequented by locals and it is good for families with kids. Might be crowded sometimes, but that's another sign of their good food and service
