Obwohl Salento auch eine Lieferpizzeria ist, sind drinnen und bei gutem Wetter vor der Tür in der FuÃgängerzone einige Sitzplätze. Seit einiger Zeit ist die Einrichtung, Tische, Stühle, Deko usw. auch so, dass man ganz nett sitzen kann.Die Pizza ist sehr gut, so wie wir sie mögen, nicht zu dick belegt, genau richtig, der Boden dünn, lecker. Lasagne war ebenfalls lecker.

This place is always busy and any local knows the place. So that itself speaks for it.The place is small with roughly 5 bar tables and stools. The food and service is surely outstanding and you can pick from the regular menu (mostly salad, pizza & pasta) as well as from the daily changing dishes that often combine some ingredients that you would not expect at your regular Italian Pizzeria around the corner. The food is freshly prepared and you can look into the open kitchen to check that. The guests are a wild mix of the business man after a stressed day at work, the family wife picking up an order âto goâ as well as the fresh couple getting to know each other at one of the 2 window tables. Great leger atmosphere with very tasty food. Pizzeria Sardegna is closed on Saturdays! You cannot make reservations but it is definitely worth a try to go there!

This time I went for lunch and ordered linguine alla Panna. Was perfect: pasta al dente and the sauce was really creamy. Just the little extra dash of cream you need in a pasta. Serve was huge and I could not finish all. Staff was very helpful and offered a doggy bag for the left overs. And when a huge thunderstorm started nobody was kicked out and it was possible to wait until the weather improved.Best of all: complementary bread with garlic butter and olives, free of charge. Had 5 slices of bread for one person.

we've visited Hilden in march 2017 and we randomly choosed markt 8,the staff was very friendly and wellcoming. With a business partner I was looking for a quick lunch in Gerresheim. We came to this Pasticceria Italiana and we asked for a small pizza. Alessandro, a certified Pizza-maker from Naples, offered to prepare it for us in a normal size.We accepted and this was one of the best pizza ever! 72 hours of rising for the pasta with only one gram of yeast, tomato sauce and mozzarella of prime quality. The highlight was the warm welcome and cordial service of Francy and Alessandro.If you look for high quality, friendly service and more than reasonable price, this is the place!
