And convent for those getting of the LIRR at Centre Ave. Pizza stayed just as good with ownership change--thin crust type.

I went to Angelina's a few times while on a business assignment. Choices stuck to pizza selections or pasta in a white clam sauce. All were excellent. Pizza choices were great; a real nice crispy crust; and a sauce that had a unique flavor. No issues.I was a little less excited about my clam/pasta selection; but I would give it another chance. Salad and a bread basket are with this entree; and you won't leave hungry. To be clear on the pasta dish; for me it was a tad bland; I like a lot of garlic. Other than that; no issues.Very good service; the owner walks the floor; and speaks with his customers; it's worth a trip.

Have had many items here and all were very good. The antipasto, one of my favorites, is fresh and huge, the small easily serves four. The crust of the pizza is nearly perfect. The vegetable minestrone is excellent. The white sausage sandwich and the meatball parmesan are both delicious. The restaurant is a bit small and sometimes there is a short wait but, itâs worth it.

A fantastic restaurant, oozing essence of Italy. From the moment you walk in you actually believe you are in Italy. It has the atmosphere of a bar and Italian restaurant combined.A great friendly atmosphere with an extensive menu which provides very carefully crafted âSpecialâsâ on the menu.It also provides a great selection of beers and wines. The staff and servers were brilliant which added to the already rewarding atmosphere.

Be prepared to either shout, or wear noise-cancelling ear buds because Nick's is one LOUD restaurant , but the food makes the noise level worthwhile. You can get single or family portions and both are definitely filling, rich, flavorful (among other choices, we started with a pizza, of course, made thin crust style, with the freshest basil on top. SO good!), and presented fairly quickly by a fast-moving wait staff (it's crowded in here: one reason for how loud it is!). Nick's has modern decor and design, with high ceilings with exposed ductwork, slatted "fencing" that separates the entryway with the main restaurant, a full bar with large-screen TVs, framed illustrations on the walls, and it is fairly narrow (another reason why it is kinda crowded). It has a bit of a Manhattan restaurant vibe. Bring your appetite, and think about those earplugs.

A must!On Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 5:30 my friend and I had dinner at Cena081. We were staying overnight at the Vianna spa and hotel. It was a girls weekend. We found the restaurant on a website called Restaurant.com. I called to make reservations and Armando the manager picked up the phone and place those reservations for us. When we arrived we sat outside in the patio. Although you were on Post Avenue on Long Island we felt as if you were in someoneâs backyard in Italy. Paul was our server. We ordered the Caprese as an appetizer and split it. We also ordered as an appetizer the baked chicken wings. They called Coscette di pollo. We both ordered risotto. It was made just a little bit differently, more creamier. See the 081 in the restaurant name is the area code in Italy from where the owner originated. Itâs in the north. Northern Italian cuisine tends to be a little bit more creamier. Both the dishes were delicious. Risotto w/ Asparagus shrimpRisotto w/ Porcini mushrooms Since there wasnât any Italian bread, the owner sent over grilled veggies and even treated us to coffees and liquors after dinner. Armando was so nice.

Just got home from a retirement party we held at Villa Maria. The treatment we received was truly exceptional. While running a busy restaurant they flawlessly set up our buffet and served beverages to our party of 30. The food was complimented by everyone. It was a great evening. On a personal note, if you like a salad brick oven pizza, you must try theirs. I havenât found a comparable one around!

Nice service...upon siiting we were brought 4 pieces of very tasy bruschetta along with a basket of assorted breads.I ordered the scungilli...not readily available (believe it or not) in most Italian restauraunts on Long Island. It was delicious! Also, had a half caraffe of red wine, filled to the top, tasty and very reasonably priced!Decent salad served as a side dish, my wife had soup and pizza all very good!Very friendly service, efficient and prompt. The cost for our dinner was inexpensive and the food was excellent!!!

Large portions and great price. Food was tops. Favorites: bake clams, tender calamari, eggplant parm and stuff shrimp. A dont miss in Lynbrook.!!
