We had a pasta with duck ragu which was quite good and a grilled lake fish which was excellent. Unfortunately the evening was spoiled a little by the managers young boys running around crying and screaming. All in all with great views this is worth a try .. hopefully for you without the children noise.

We have had lunch here during our biking tour. We received very good advice and were recommended the linguine del chef + a bottle of gewürztraminer. It was great. Which is why we decided to come back on our last day of holiday and have the spaghetti vongole. It was just great ; nice price quality ratio too. To be recommended - it was also nice to sit outside because of the beautiful weather. Nice view on the lake

Pochi sanno che anni fa il locale era specializzato in cucina spagnola e canariana, oltre alle splendide grigliate di carni anche un po' speciali ( canguro,ecc)...Ora sono tornato dopo anni pensando di ritrovare quelli splendidi piatti, ma è cambiato qualcosa....dalle Canarie siamo nella Roma Antica, dove il farro, assieme a miglio e orzo, coltivato dai contadini al di fuori delle mura era il costituente delle focaccie con erbe aromatiche come offerta agli Dèi...Ora qui a Roppolo è diventata la pinsa, pizza romana da "pinsere", allungare, che dà la forma ovale al prodotto.Ho però ritrovato il sapore sublime delle Canarie nelle patate, le papas rugadas, sulla pinsa canaria che ho scelto, ottima, croccante, servita su un enorme tagliere in legno con la classica rotellina per tagliarla ( vedi foto)..ma c'è anche il coltello, tranquilli!Quindi, attenzione, qui non servono primi piatti,ma solo pinse, ottimi dessert ( crema catalana scelta, perfetta) e un set di carni varie alla griglia( dalle 12 alle 15 euro), una più buona dell'altra! Ho ritrovato però il mitico e coraggioso proprietario, Lorenzo che mi ha affascinato a spiegarmi come prepara le carni, sapientemente fatte frollare e scelte dal suo macellaio di fiducia che sul posto consiglia quali possono essere le parti migliori per una buona riuscita: la scottona ad esempio è solo di mucche che non hanno partorito, quindi carne più tenera, o come i lombini, della parte sternale che essendo molto irrorati, vanno cotti al sangue e mai troppo...Ho rubato i rollè alla griglia della moglie, veramente squisiti! Consiglio caldamente di scegliere una pinsa in 2 e magari un piatto alla griglia a testa....Mi han colpito nel menu esauriente anche le pinse alla frutta: mango, papaya, semi di goj e uva passa...Il caffè espresso era ottimo come a casa mia. 110 e lode!Dimenticavo...la ragazza che ci ha servito (rumena),non so se fosse la stessa di Susana S ,ma l'ho trovata veloce e deliziosa....

Ristorante pizzeria con spazio gioco per i bambini. Eccellenti sia le carni che le pizze. Menù per i bambini. Qualità cortesia rapidità ci siamo trovato molto bene torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo!

Trovandomi per lavoro in zona ,su consiglio di un amico cliente,mi sono fermato con dei miei collaboratori in questa trattoria .Ambiente d'antan , sala da pranzo con tovagliato sobrio e polito,servizio attento,celere e sorridente.Per quanto riguarda il cibo ho mangiato una buona panissa e dei discreti bocconcini con piselli.Vino della casa bevibile,conto finale ineccepibile.Tornero' sicuramente.

This was an amazing Italian experience. The food was so fabulous. Pizza was absolutely amazing. Light and crunchy crust due to the flour. A combination of rice flour and Farro. We had a big celebratory dinner with around 60 people and they were able to accommodate us. Excellent service and friendly staff. Good food and wine. Bellisimo. I will definitely go again on my next visit to Italy.
