Things to do in Canoa Quebrada
We've got a nice bar where you can also eat pizzas till midnight. The bar is famous because of it's good music, friendly bartenders, and good atmosphere. It's a proper bar and recognizable by the swings in the front. We speak Portuguese, English, Dutch an
We wanted to have a drink before diner and this looked like a nice place to do so. However we made the mistake of ordering Mochito. They really don't know how to make it. It did not even resemble to it. Probably they do know how to make the caipirinha.

After giving a specific Italian culinary course to a town pizzeria, Rocco Resciniti, an Italian from Emilia-Romagna region, chef and owner of the establishment, fell in love with Belém do Pará and soon wanted to create a charming, and of course, with a le
I knew this place a few weeks ago. As I come to Canoa very frequently, I came again and it's always good quality, very tasty, well done food. Although it is not at broadway (Main Street), is good because is near and very calm. If you have one dinner, you must go!!!

Best Pizza in town. Good Prize and the chef is from italy. We tried 3 different Pizzas. All exellent!

Another stop on our un-intended pizza tour of Brazil. Waiter was very nice and the upstairs offered a nice overlook down to Broadway. Instead of mixing the ingredients together, they seemed to take an approach of each ingredient taking up a quadrant of the pizza which was a little different. Food was decent; nothing much else to write about

This is another Italian restaurant on Broadway in Canoa Quebrada. After sitting at the bar watching the big chef work his magic with various pastas and eight frying pans full of a variety of fish, shrimp, meats and vegetables one night, you might expect a culinary wonder on your table the next. The resulting dinner was less than phenomenal, as your pasta appears as a sort of slippery grey mass containing day old shrimp, purple chewy bits of squid tentacles, too many spoonfuls of pasta water and only a hint of the rucula that you know should add that special zing to your food. Must have been a sous-chef special mix. Your host explains your options in a running unintelligible mix of Italian and Portuguese as he shows you the four or five red wines available tonight. But the place is very popular, perhaps because pizza is also on the menu or it could be the guitar player crooning old standards in a corner. Doubtless there are many other options for dinner in this town. Three stars.

The sign outside says Restaurant, Pizzaria, Creperia. Oh, upstairs is a hostel. The place doesnât have a lot of charm or ambiance, but the food we had, we enjoyed. I had a lasagna Bolognese which was generous and well-done. My wife had a crepe, which itself was ok, but the plating was awkward, with salad in 4 corners of the plate. The portions are generous. The service was mediocre at best: our waitress couldnât have been less pleasant or attentive.
