The pizza was excellent. We got the Margareta version and it was done perfectly. The beers were tasty and we enjoyed the visit there. There was construction in front of the building that made getting there a challenge but it was worth the search for the entrance.

Downtown Bozeman, Montana
We were starving after a long day of travels and thought this restaurant looked good. Our server was extremely friendly, and the decor of the place was really cute. The lunch combos are very generous in size, especially for the inexpensive price. The thin crust pepperoni pizza is fantastic!

We are a group of mostly middle-aged couples who have visited this establishment about 6-8 times a year since it first opened, as well as additional visits separate from the group. Weâve enjoyed the craft beer selection and food, and until recently have always been able to get separate checks during our visits, regardless of the size of our group, which can be as few as three or as large as ten or eleven. So, it was a big surprise when on our most recent visit, the waiter brought us one long tab for the entire group of nine, instead of several tabs. It also had an automatic 20% tip added. I know this happens at many restaurants around the country with large groups, but this is not that common in Bozeman, and it certainly was not our experience here in the past. The waiter did offer to split the tab among multiple credit/debit cards, but it was up to us to figure out who owed what. So now we had nine people who were ready to depart who had to wait their turn to get the small slip of paper and figure out their amounts. Some totaled their items, and then gave a figure to the waiter with 20% tip added. Those people got a credit card slip back that then had 20% auto tip on top of the 20%! It was chaos! There was a lot of grumbling from us, but no apologies from management. Whatâs also alarming is that this is a tap room and Montana law only permits 48 ounces per person per day. How the heck are they keeping track of this, if everyone is on one tab?!! Our group has decided not to patronize this place anymore. There are plenty enough of other great tap rooms and breweries in this town to visit (such as Bridger Brewing) that give us separate tabs, no problem.

We visited with a group of 8 on a Thursday night and they were kind enough to reserve a table for us. The food was okay.Pros: I love that it is locally sourced and has a good selection of local beers. The night we went had live music, which is rare where we live, so pretty fun. The waitress was sweet.Cons: while I often say âthere is no bad pizzaâ I thought these were underwhelming given the hype. We had three different pizzas and they were interesting combinations but nothing I would rush back for. The music was great but a little loud for a restaurant at 7:00 pm and it was tough to carry on a conversation. The interior was interesting and I like to support local food but I would try somewhere else next time we are in town.

When traveling through a university town, I often look for restaurants close to or on campus. They are usually more interesting and a better quality than ones along the highways. Colombo's Pizza is one of those places.Located right on the edge of campus (dorms across the road), its clientele is mostly students who walk in. This place has been there a long time so that should tell you something. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. We did the one trip salad bar and a small pizza. Everything was excellent. The staff super friendly. They also had a good choice of micro brews. Thanks to Google and TripAdvisor, I would have never found this place. Certainly glad we did.

We had just come back from Yellowstone after driving through a hailstorm through a mountain pass, we were hungry and Hotel clerk said there was no place open. We searched on google and found old Chicago. It was still open till midnight so, off we go and get a great pizza. They have thin, mid or thick crust. We had the mid and it was great.

On the corner of Bozeman and Main Street
So happy we go to enjoy this gourmet dinner during our short visit to Bozeman. We shared the garlicky chopped kale salad, very good. Since we are visiting from Philadelphia, which has excellent thin crust pizza, we looked for something different. The braised lamb shank, with cumin & cherries in the rice, was out of this world. My husband enjoyed his pasta with sausage. Those dishes were so good, we made room for dessert. My strawberry rhubarb galette was scrumptious. As was the vanilla gelato on top. I didnât try my husbandâs cream cake - it was gobbled up before I got the chance. Itâs a small restaurant, understandably popular & crowded. Iâd return in a heartbeat. Great meal, reasonably priced given the quality.
