we went there on our first night in Calalzo,,,, great atmoshere ,,, everybody seems to know each other...very homey! we ordered wine and then each of us ordered the pizza with the thin crust I have grown to love...so tasty and fresh ingredient...after we finish off with a Limoncella...good night indeed...

Very delicious crust and pizza. A very unique range of pizzas from traditional to very creative using local products not usually seen on pizza. The service was great as well as the atmosphere.

It was raining cats and dogs when my husband and me arrived in Valle di Cadori. We were pointed to this restaurant by our host, since it was within walking distance and we were hungry and tired.It was primarily a bar with some tables to eat. Neat and clean with really friendly and sufficient service (in English!), and very affordable.The music was unfortunately very loud and heavy rock - fine for a bar but not for peaceful dining. We ordered our pizza to take out, and it arrived soon.The pizza wasn't great, I'm sorry to say.Will not go there again.

Erik Bonafede has lived up to his fathers standards for pizza quality. He even improved the selections with his own idea. It is not hard to understand why people come down from Cortina to taste his delicious pizzas. Prices are definitely reasonable. Can't wait to get back!

On our way home from Cortina, we lunched at Croera Restaurant and Pizzeria and not knowing WHAT to order, the young waiter suggested Canederli in butter sauce. It was delicious! Very rich but tasty and easy to digest. Hubby had gnocci dressed with cream, nuts and speck which was very delicate compared to the canederli - so we had half half to taste both dishes. Croera also serve pizzas at lunch time and they do have a fire oven to make pizzas - not gas oven! The chef is also the owner together with his wife. The service is quick and you feel like eating at home. A pitty the restaurant is hided away from the main road as this is an excellent place to dine......compliments to the chef and Croera! Great to dine in a real Italian restaurant and staff! Please support the restaurants in the mountains - they deserve clients!

We had a lovely meal sitting outside (undercover) whilst a thunderstorm surrounded us! The waitress was friendly and efficient and our pizza and calzone was served hot and quickly with good fresh ingredients. Would definitely recommend to dine here as prices were reasonable and there was an extensive menu choice.
