We normally just get pizza or cheesesteaks, which are always good. This time we opted for items from the regular menu and were very disappointed. Short rib stuffed ravioli with creamy mushroom sauce was a mistake. The sauce was dark brown, no mushrooms and clearly from a jar. The side salad was pathetic, picked over iceberg wilted and with brown areas, a sad, soft tomato slice (in July!) and that was it. No imagination and not fresh. The place also needs a good cleaning.

Have been a customer for the last 13+ years. Pizza is always good - one of best in the area and there are lots of pizza places nearby. If you like your pizza crispier, ask them to cook it a little longer. Eat-in is good though waitresses service can vary. Sandwiches, pasta and other items are good but pizza is the real star here.
The Friday after Thanksgiving is Cheesesteak Friday at my mother's house. The event has grown over the years so now 20-30 people come. We order from Blue Bell Pizza. They handle our big order without any problem. It's always right, ready on time and the food is really good. I love their cheesesteaks with grilled onions, the grandmother pizza and the white pizza.

Want to make it a pizza night? This place is a hit !! This pizza shop has been around for years. It was a favorite when I was a teenager and it still is a family favorite almost 40 years later; not to mention the food is very good (especially the pizza ) and the water ice too !!!

There are plenty of other pizza places around. Just go somewhere else. Palermo's recently relocated to a larger location, formerly a full service restaurant. The only change has been more table space that the immature, unprofessional staff is more anxious to clean up to ensure they close on time. Meaning they will literally ask you to move your feet so they can sweep under the table you are sitting at and put the chairs up on tables around you. They will even mop the floor of the entry way and give you a dirty look when you slip on it as you walk out. Obviously on my most recent and last visit, my group and I arrived close to their closing time (arrived at 8:30, closing time 9:00). Most of the staff were bustling behind the counter carrying on laughing and joking loudly when we arrived. This was our first time at the new location so it wasn't clear if there was table service or not. We finally figured out we needed to order at the counter and they would bring our food out to us. We had to get our own menus and silverware, after we found them. Although there is a bar area in the restaurant, they do not serve alcohol and do not have a wine opener. Shortly after we placed our order, we noticed most of the staff was gone. The few that remained were busy cleaning around us. The food was nothing special. The stromboli was not fully cooked (guess that was rushed) and the fries were cold. The pizza was just okay.

Welcome to Palermo's Pizza, a family owned and operated restaurant providing Italian and Israeli cuisine since 1974! We started with our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania location and slowly expanding throughout the area to include pizzerias in Lansdale, Phoenixvil
I have lived in Blue for almost my entire life and I have driven past this place at least 100 time and never thought about going in.My sister recommended this place to me and I was so glad that I did.At first it looks like a standard pizzaria when you enter through the front door. To the side is a full bar and then in the back (which is somewhat hidden) there is a larger dining room with booths and behind this area is an outside dining area. This is a very casual place with a surprisingly large menu ranging from thin crust personal size pizzas to full pasta platters.Prices are reasonable and the food was much better than I expected from first impression. Everyone at the table enjoyed their dinners that included the chicken marsala pasta dish, 2 personal pizzas, fish and chips and the shrimp scampi pasta dish. Salads come with the pasta dishes and they were actually really good with many veggies and an assortment of dressings. Our server had a bit of trouble understanding us, she was a bit older and seemed that she may have been Italian???There is ample parking in front of the building and around the back. Will definitely be going back!

Arpeggio has been in business since 1995. We are a casual Mediterranean bring-your-own-bottle restaurant specializing in wood-oven pizza, home-made pita bread, fresh seafood, pasta and eclectic salads and Mediterranean entrees. Everything is fresh and mad
My problem is with the staff. They are so lacking in customer service When 2 of 3 in a party are there you need to seat them so they can order drinks and maybe appetizers. The wait staff is slow. You end up waiting forever for your food. So, why make us wait when we could start eating especially when people are hungry. The dining rooms are bit over crowded you feel like your at communal tables in some locations because of the proximity to another table. If the food wasn't so good this would be a two star review. Good News! They have take out.Hi Suzanne I am glad that you enjoyed some aspects of our restaurant. There are many reasons for the policy to seat complete parties first during prime hours. Before we instituted this, guests were coming incomplete and waiting at the table for the rest of their party, sometimes over an hour. This is not fair to those who are complete and waiting for a table, so we created this policy. In addition, groups often do not know how many are coming and we found that instead of seating them and having to move tables to accommodate a different size group, it is better to wait until everyone is there. This policy is in effect just before and during prime dining times. We are working diligently with the staff regarding the other issues you mentioned.

You know, I really wanted to like this place as it has a fun feel and a menu that almost anyone could find something on. The table service is horrendous and I ordered my 2nd drink of the night 3x before giving up. For came out for 1/2 of our table 10 mins before the other half so chef kitchen service stinks too. Still waiting on my drink. I am sure itâs on my bill. Wonât be back. You shouldnât suffer this either.

Stoped here for Linner, itâs a combination of lunch and dinner. First time stopping here. Place is spacious well lit and the staff is friendly. Our waitress took several minutes to explain to us about all the items on their limited menu as we were eating here for the first time.We decided to have pizza and ordered a small plain and half mushroom pie. To my chagrin I shouldâve ordered all mushrooms. Iâve tasted mushrooms on pizza before but never have I had mushrooms with a flavor as good as they were here. They use fresh mushrooms that were sautéed and applied to the top generously. The crust is of the thin variety. Not what Iâm used to. It also had some char on the bottom that some may not like however I found its taste very interesting. I enjoyed it and will certainly order it again. Our server treated us to a couple of complementary wings to sample. These wings are prepared and topped sautéed onions. Delicious! We also enjoyed an order of meat balls. Two 3oz meat balls that were served in a delicate marinara sauce with a dollop of ricotta cheese, and a sprig of fresh basil. They have a full bar here and our waitress told us they had many specials during happy hour. The only thing that disappointed me was that they had no granulated or powered garlic. And I really like garlic. So if you would miss it bring it with you. We were told that all of the ingredients are fresh and everything is made to order. Based on the sampling we had I believe it was. Will be returning here soon!
