fate una sosta se vi capita di essere in centro alla Pizzeria Ascolana la quale sforna continuamente teglie di pizzette tonde farcite che sono una vera bontà .Sono soffici, croccanti perché ben cotte, margherita o bianca comunque molto buone.Ne vale veramente la pena provarle.

Pizza, Pasta, Beer, Wine, the usual suspects at an Italian pizzeria/restaurant, but oh, the taste of it all at La Nicchia. The restaurant is family run and the atmosphere is informal and cordial. The building was formerly a temple and the seating areas are interesting in themselves. This is a place to go to whenever you want good pizza or pasta and a relaxed evening.

I've been in this restaurant under advice of a few friends. Despite the positive feedback I've heard about it, I haven't found the pizza so special. The dough was unsalted and the buffalo mozzarella wasn't tasty, it seemed the normal one. Even the beer wasn't as good as I expected. Overall the service was super-fast and the price rather cheap.

We were in Austria only 5 days and 3 of our meals were here! Even though it was very busy, the waiter always made sure you were served quickly and checked that you were happy with everything. We ordered pizza (I had the diavolo which was beautiful) and they arrived in less than 10 minutes but cooked to perfection. It was lovely and a reasonable price, a lot less than we had expected in such a popular area. It did get quite hot and did feel a little cramped inside, but that's only because it's so nice that everyone wants to go :) we moved outside onto the street tables which was perfectly fine and still got great service. We brought our friends one night so there was 10 of us and we still got quick great service! Thank you!

Other than the servers dressed up there was not much that was medieval about it.The meat that we ordered was OK however the pasta was completely overcooked and the sauce was disgusting. It was supposed to be a simple spaghetti with red sauce and I don't know what they put on it but it was terrible.
