The place is fantastic. Just attached to the Basilica Palladian, a stunning monument that releases a majestic atmosphere of the Vicenza important past. But the contrast with the very poor service of the restaurant destroyed the good sensations. I was there with international business guests and it was very hard to sustain the reliability and quality of our company service after choosing such a disorganized and not friendly place.Food was below average as well. The pizzas were not cooked enough, probably because they messed up their backing oven organization...

Was introduced to this place by expats living in the area. Really good German beer selection combined with killer pizza, pasta dishes, and even some German style dishes. Beautiful views of Vicenza with terrace seating. Even the huge picnic style interior seating contributes to conversations and festivities surrounding good meals. Too bad we didn't know about this place when we lived here, but we will come here again on our next trip back.

Pizza it has always seen as the Italian specialty, but being myself Italian for me the perspective is quite different from the common sense.Really in Italy there are many pizza places, but itâs really difficult to find a "pizzeria" that in my opinion fully deserves that name, and only few enter in my likeness. There are different school of pizza making, and for the pizzeria Da Vittorio we are talking about Neapolitan style pizza: Thick borders and thin layer in center: âpizza napoletanaâ!In my opinion in Vicenza city and province "Da Vittorio" is one of the three top places I go for Pizza after having tried lot of different ones.Vittorio father was the first Neapolitan person that opened a âNapoli styleâ pizzeria in Vicenza. His sons continue his tradition. Max is one of them and he is cooking in the Pizzeria Da Vittorio. The place is really small, the eating zone is crammed with little tables always full of customers, always someone is waiting standing up on the door area.Max is intensively working behind the low wall on the back of the room where the wood fire oven is placed, watching everyone coming in and controlling their reaction to his pizza. The turnover is very fast, everyone wants his pizza, and for a really good reason.Service is very quick and without much ceremonies is efficiently organized to assign a table as fast as possible to the continuous flow of customers. At first superficial view this place is not really appealing, nothing in the appearance is telling you what really will be the experience inside. The line of waiting people Is the only sign that would reveal you that this is not an ordinary place.Pizza is really very good, ingredients are superbly chosen, the dough tastes great. If for someone the thick borders could be a less tasty thing of the pizza here this assumption got completely wrong. After eating this pizza you don't feel thirsty which is a sign of good quality east and good leavened process. Itâa pure pizza enjoyment. No more to say... it's one of my top well chosen few pizza place I go for with great pleasure.

We were staying in an AirBNB in Monte Berico and we found this small corner eatery after walking down the hill to down town for a Friday night dinner. We chose this spot because it was clean, well lit, and there were a few tables open. We also were tired and didn't want to walk another several blocks. Glad we chose this place!Yes, the pizza is fantastic. Plenty of choices so whatever you pick, you're going to enjoy it. For beer lovers, this place has a good selection of Mönchshof Bavarian beer. We chose a bottle of prosecco that was reasonably priced but not as cheap as you will find from local vineyards. Still, the value is there especially if you try to buy a bottle in Venice! We also ordered a great appetizer of black peppered mussels. Dessert was also fantastic. Couldn't miss a great chocolate soufflé and coconut ice cream for my wife. The price for our dinner was a good value. We will definitely return here as Vicenza is our new home town for the next few years. Ciao!grazie mille di cuore

This bakery provides fresh bread baked every single morning. There is a wide variety of breads offered and they are great!

Pizzeria con specialità napoletane con sede a Vicenza. Pizzaiolo e proprietario Rosario Giannattasio
This is our third time here. The style of the crust is definitely Neopolitan. Slightly chewy and more elastic than the normal pizzeria here. Will definitely come back. Also, try the beer, it's brewed locally.

My husband and I wanted a non complicated meal, we didn't realize when we chose this pizzeria that there would be so many choices. Friendly and efficient staff. A pizza kitchen you can see right in and watch the chefs toss and make each order fresh. We had 2 different kinds, both were cheesy, full of plenty ingredients. The salad was large enough to share which we did, and each had a beer plus coperto was a mere â¬36.00. We thought I'd was very reasonable! We would highly recommend this for a great pizza and a nice experience.

It's a new place, which opened in August 2017. Great interior and the toilets were really clean. Absolut plus in this areaThe food was really good at a fair price.Just the communication was a lil difficult. The owner asked a friend of him to translate and have a really nice conversation We would have been able to order in English, German or FrenchCiaoograzie per la recensione, mi ha fatto molto piacere e molto ridere....innanzitutto scusate ma nella mia vita ho tanto lavorato e poco studiato, per fortuna c'era il mio caro amico Giulio S. che conosce perfettamente almeno 4 lingue... o voluto far intervenire proprio lui perchè pensavo vi avrebbe fatto piacere conversare assieme. ringrazio e spero un giorno di rivederVi presto!
