My husband and I recently visited Addis on a long layover. We had a day tour with Tour guide Yonas. he was very kind and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and took us to all the main attractions. Everything was walking distance. Lunch was excellent too. Over all we had a great day. Would highly recommend this tour

You will return to Addis in the late afternoon.

Then we stop over the 16th century Bridge built by the portugues The Portuguese Bridge.we drive to see the epic scenery view of Jemma River Gorge. At the end of your trip you will have a lunch with a typical Ethiopian traditional coffee Ceremony On the top of the German Lodge with a Beautiful Mountains view. After we Refresh here we drive all the way to addis abeba . on the way back to Addis we have a chance to buy local souvenir / hand crafts .

We were lucky in travelling at a time with few tourists but had a fantastic time. The company was well organised and very honest. We had good information on the trip and what was expected. Our driver/guide was the perfect balance between giving us interesting information but at the same time allowing us to explore and ask questiions that interested us. The visits to traditional tribes were senstively done and visits were playful and fun. While we were in Addis the company took good care of us. Gasaw was very professional and attentive to our needs. He took us to a very traditional coffee shop which we woud never have found on our own . The traditional dinner dancing and singing was truely memoral.

We had great tours with Magma Flow during our stay in Ethiopia. We joined their 3 days 2 nights Danakil Depression Tour, and had a private tour in Omo valley and Yirga Cheffe for 10 days 9 nights. Israel, their manager, is very helpful. We contacted him to organize the trips a week before coming to Ethiopia, he was very responsive and prompt. He is also very helpful in many things. For example, we lost our checked baggage when we arrived Ethiopia by flight, he helped us to call the airlines many times to trace the lost baggage. Their crew in our Danakil Depression was fantastic! They are helpful, friendly, energetic, playful and can speak English. Our driver, Merhawi, is very nice, skillful and friendly. He solved problems for us during the journey, like negotiating with locals on photography. He also explained local cultures to us. The crew also include a guide, a cook, and a crew team car driver. They are all nice people. Omo valley is also great with our driver Eginda. Other then visiting different tribes and markets, he would also look for bull jumping ceremony around the area during our stay, and luckily, we were able to join one during the trip. He speaks English, and would look for good accommodations available at the area. Overall we are extremely happy having tours with Magma Flow Tours. We would highly recommend them to organize your trips.

Fekade and Erin are..a very nice and kind person..they Helped me a lot, I stayed with them for 4 nights, in those days I didn't miss any of my friends because they are always next to me and treated me very well .. then I feel like home and start talking with them like old,,old friends..but they are also flexible and open minded person,, you can always feel free and ask them for help. In General they make my stay enjoyable and comfortable....you should not to miss the chance of meeting them and staying with them!!
