We were hailed by a nice, adhd driven waitress. Our pisco sours were delicious and strong, it seemed to be happy hour all the time. My food came a good 15 minutes earlier, so we shared both dishes instead of waiting. (the cooks clearly don't communicate) the food was fine, not great.

Comida marina, pescados y mariscos, vista al mar, sunset, bar, capacidad 50 personas, atención de martes a domingo, 12:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Went here for dinner after reading all the positive reviews about this new place. It's located a short walk from the busy area. We were surprisingly the only ones having dinner there at that moment. The owner was kind and explained us the menu and also showed us options that were not on the menu. We got a nice appetizer from the house. After that we ordered ceviche and scallops as starters, fish of the day to share as a main and a mango cake as dessert. All tasted really good and portions were well sized. Atmosphere was okay, guess it's better when more people having dinner. We had a misunderstanding about the bill (fish we got was more expensive than the menu suggested) but this was solved quickly. Price for two starters, one main, one dessert, a glass of wine and a soda was about 170 soles / 45 euro. Recommended!

La Negra Y El Blanco, the Black (woman) and the White (man). Quite simply, an encounter of lovers, the desire to share, with food as the common language. The menu at La Negra y El Blanco was born from the bounty of the Peruvian markets. Patterned after a
We visited the other day for lunch after our boat trip and had the fish of the day in the clay pot for two. Unfortunately it was really poor. The fish didnât taste fresh at all, more like a defrosted fillet and the portion was really small for two people given the price. There was barely any vegetables other than grated carrot and the sauce was very watery with not much flavour. Maybe other dishes are better but we order fish of the day thinking it would be a speciality. Nice setting though!

Establecimiento en servicio al cliente exelente, alimentos preparados con profesionalismo y amor, paladares en armonÃa y felicidad en cócteles sabrosos y novedosos.
For starter we had the mixed ceviche, a big recommandation. The fish tasted very fresh and matched the herbes realy good. As main course I had the Lomo Saltado, very good I must say. My boyfriend had a fresh grilled peace of fish from the bbq, tasted very good. Also very important: the cocktails were very good and the staff was helpfull and spoke english. If you are in Paracas, we would definitely recommend to go there.

We read about Pukasoncco on tripadvisor and came for dinner. When we arrived there were two last fish dishes left so we had them both as well as several vegetarian dishes. The food was homey, comforting and unfussy, everything was freshly made and deliciously spicey. The chef works alone and serves the food too so it can take time. It's one of a kind, the opposite of industrial cuisine with fresh local ingredients and a good cook cooking in his little kitchen when his family is in the next room. Come early, be patient and enjoy.

Enjoyed the location on the water and our Causas was excellent. Other diners also recommended the Cheviche, as better than their mothers who was dining with them and did not argue. Jessica served us and later that evening greeted us by name in another restaurant at Hotel Caracas, which was very nice of her to make us feel welcome at the resort.Dear Cskhco,We greatly appreciate your kind feedback regarding your culinary experience at Chalana. We work to create unique and unforgettable experiences in all our guests. We are proud to be a locally sustainable business, working with local fishermen and always creating our dishes with fresh fish.I will personally congratulate Jessica for her service. We hope to see you back soon and thanks again for your comments.Kind regards,Esteban KohnF&B Manager

The food is really good. Unfortunately, unless you speak Spanish, the service is somewhat nonplussed. They tried very little to accommodate our group. We had one friend who speaks Spanish, lucky for us. Our restaurant at the double tree worked very hard to help us out. Dear bhaint,How kind of you to take a moment to provide a review of your recent visit to Ballestas Restaurante. We have a great variety of options at Ballestas Restaurante, and our peruvian dishes are really tasty and creative. We would take care of all your comments that will make us improve. We hope you will have the opportunity to visit us again.Kind regards, Esteban KohnF&B Manager

An organic coffee grown in the Peruvian jungle at more than 1600 masl, delicious cakes fresh from the oven and sandwiches prepared with a Spanish touch and much love await you in the Paracas natural reserve! 100% HANDMADE Breakfast / Crepes / Cakes / Cook
A friend and I went here today for a breakfast. We had a really good mokaccino (I don't know how to write it) and ate two yummi sandwiches. I have to do a really strict gluten free diet, I asked the owner for gluten free bread and... he had it!!! :DMoreover he was really informed about celiac disease... So I really recommend it: lovely decorations, good drinks and food, kind staff :)

This is a nice restaurant located on the second floor with a beautiful view above the beach a little bit away from the busy promenade. The food was good for a reasonable price. The host was very caring.

A restaurant at the finest Paracas style, the scallops and the seafood together with the dishes coming from the valleys around, get blended in a wonderful menu full of taste and culture, come visit and forget the diet, you'll be able to continue with it w
My girlfriend and I visited Paracas restaurant with some backpacker friends we met on our trip, and we had a wonderful evening meal.I ordered the Lomo Saltado and my girlfriend ordered the seafood noodles and both dishes were excellent. The restaurant itself is clean and has a chilled out vibe, situated upstairs so you can get a good view of the seafront. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we even joined in on a Peru Hop tour group and made Pisco Sour cocktails! The prices are a little more expensive than other places in Paracas however.Overall we had a really good time here and I would recommend it to anyone needing a good evening meal.
